Constraction reviews in Webster, New York

Nick and his guys did an absolutely AHHHH-mazing job on our kitchen reno! The crew was fabulous from arriving on time daily, very respectful, trying to keep the dust at bay (very important in my book!) and daily clean up. Workmanship was top-notch. We would hire Nick and his guys again in a heartbeat. Thanks Derisio Construction for our 5-star kitchen!!

My family and I have used Nick for several different jobs over the last 25 years. His work has always been flawless and he truly cares about his customers which is reflective in the work.
If you need work done, Nick is definitely the guy to get the job done right.

Our project was a big one. We were planning to finish about 1,300 square feet of our basement, adding a full bath, wet bar, gym area, and opening up a large wall on our main floor that would allow for a smoother flow and access to the new basement/lower level.

We did our due-diligence in vetting several reputable contractors and construction companies. After a few meetings with Nick, we opted to use DeRisio Construction for our project. It was easy to tell that Nick knew all that would be involved in completing our project. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to building structures, framing, wood-working, and he was honest with us if we had a request that was just physically not possible.

Our vision was a beautiful 2nd floor of living space. Nick and his team gave us just that.

Before the job even started, Nick had a detailed plan and schedule for the project. Each day and week of progress was listed out. It was nice to see it so well-organized, and understand what would be completed by the end of each week. Also listed was a budget for certain parts of the project (bathroom, flooring, bar area, etc)—which helped us to keep costs in-line, and there were no surprises when it came to payment.

Nick was on-site each morning to say hello and give us any updates on what would be happening that day, alert us of any issues or potential changes to the plan—overall, there were ZERO major changes from the original project plan—that is pretty amazing to say with such a large renovation!

DeRisio had a consistent team of 3-4 craftsmen that would be on-site, working hard, cleaning up daily, and keeping any and all dust from entering our main floor area The guys were all extremely friendly and polite—they became a part of the family a few months! Our dog misses them now that the project is done!

The quality of work that was done was top-notch. None of the framing, insulation, drywall, electrical, or plumbing was completed taking any short-cuts. We cannot say enough how glad we are that we chose DeRisio Construction, as we now have our dream 1st floor completed! See the pictures for yourself!

Thank you again, Nick, Steve, Dennis & all!

I've used Nick and his crew now about a half a dozen times from jobs as big as a full kitchen remodel to as small as a basement utility sink repair. Each time Nick has personally came out to give us an estimate and has consistently delivered high quality work no matter the size of the job. I would highly recommend DeRisio Construction to anyone looking for superior craftsmanship done by professional and courteous people.

Nick is phenomenal. We've worked with him twice now--great guy. He's responsive, reliable and honest. Hands-down best contractor we have ever worked with. We're incredibly pleased with our home remodel. Our family and friends have been blown away by it, too!

I have used Nick and his team for small to larger jobs at my last three homes. They have done everything from simple electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair all the way to basement finishing and remodeling. They are always professional, respectful, clean, on time, and do awesome work. I have recommended them to family & friends; and they have done outside bars to additions, and had the same great experience. I highly recommend them for any job big or small.

We had DeRisio Construction remodel our dining room, including knocking down a load bearing wall, diverting the heating, creating a bar area and a custom built-in mudroom unit. We are extremely happy with the end results. Nick (the owner) and his team finished this complicated remodel quickly and efficiently. The attention to detail was fantastic. In fact, there were things that we did not notice issues with, but that Nick was not satisfied with and took it upon himself to remedy. We would definitely recommend the quality workmanship and professionalism to anyone looking for a home improvement project.

We had Derisio Construction remodel our Kitchen and they were fantastic! Nick and his team were very punctual and efficient. The project was completed in exactly the time quoted and we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. Nick and his team have so much experience, they offered ideas and solutions that we didn't even think of and that made the most sense. We would highly recommend them and gladly use them again!

I obtained 5 quotes before proceeding with a full kitchen overhaul. It is a small kitchen, but the plans included taking down a wall to expand, replacing counters and cupboards, updating plumbing, backsplash, and running electric. Nick was extremely responsive to my questions and attentive to any concerns I had along the way. The team was extremely pleasant- from the contractors to the plumber to the electricians. The work itself was beautifully done and the team cleaned up daily. I knew each day what to expect for their work and completion times, and was absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Their attention to detail was so appreciated, and work both started and ended during the projected timeframe.
