Constraction reviews in Webster, New York

We had Kitchen By Oak do our bathroom and kitchen remodel. They did a fantastic job with the everything. I am so happy with how it all came out. I would recommend them to my friends and family that would like to have any remodeling done in their homes.

OAKS provided a wonderful experience from design consultation to finish work. All of the individual craftsmen were punctual, professional, courteous and masterful at their craft. Project management and follow-up were exceptional. This was a large, complicated project that required day to day focus on detail from start to finish. OAKS delivered in a big way. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend the OAKS team for any home improvement process.

Major kitchen remodel of a 42 year old kitchen. Tom was our project manager and was always very responsive to my questions and any concerns I had along the way. He provided solutions to anything I wasn’t happy with. Alexa as our designer gave us plans for a beautifully updated kitchen. Workmanship was spot on but my one suggestion would be that the team that starts the project would be the team that would see it through to completion. Travis and Teddy worked with us for the first 2 weeks beginning with demolition, coming up with plans for the installation, installing what was available. Then waiting several weeks for more supplies and someone else coming in to do more installation. There was several pauses in progress and every time construction restarted it was always someone different that came. I don’t remember many names. We had developed a trust with Travis and Teddy, they knew our expectations and we knew their plans only they were never the ones to return and everyone that came had their own plan. Teddy returned to put the finishing touches. It was a long process but it’s now complete and looks great. Before and after pictures.

We were so impressed with every step in the remodel of our bathroom. Olivia helped us choose materials that blended perfectly with the parts we weren’t replacing. Eli, who did all the work from plumbing and electrical and painting to the tile of the shower, including the ceiling, is a master craftsman and artist who consulted with us daily with suggestions and questions to be sure everything turned out exactly as we wanted. The shower glass installation by Skill Glass is stunning. They worked hard to access the gunmetal hardware to match everything else. And thanks to Brian, who coordinated it all!

This was the best reno experience I have ever had! From my initial browsing through their showroom to the final touches, everyone involved with my bathroom remodel was outstanding. The designers were incredibly helpful in finding the materials I wanted and nailing down all of the details. The crew members were great - pleasant, flexible and very neat and efficient. The project manager was attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. I could not be happier with the process and the outcome. If there were more stars, I would give them!

We had our kitchen and first floor flooring done by Kitchens by Oaks a couple of years ago. They really listened to what we wanted while also offering inspiring design ideas and suggestions. There were a couple of hiccups during installation (as there usually are during any renovation project), but they did everything they needed to do to make it right. The end result was absolutely beautiful and we will enjoy our kitchen for years to come.

Our experience with Oaks was wonderful from start to finish. Our designer,Jessica, listened to our hopes for our very small kitchen and crafted well thought out designs to brighten up the space. She respected our vision and was able to create a timeless kitchen for us to enjoy for years. We never felt pressured or rushed, which was helpful when I felt indecisive! The project manager, Jubilee, kept the entire process flowing with Oaks very skilled team of professionals who also respected our home and cleaned up after every shift. I have heard many people complain about their nightmare kitchen renovations and ours went seamless. It was even fun! I highly recommend Oaks for any renovations.

Travis was fantastic! I had interior doors replaced, including an odd-width closet door that was difficult to fit (older home). Cutting the door down made the stile on one side narrow, so Travis cut some pieces to customize the door and make both sides equal. Now that it's painted, you can't even tell. He also prepped and installed several other doors and they look so good. A special thank you Travis!

Lloyd did a great job painting - I can't believe how neat he was, and the doors look beautiful. After the paint cured, Rocco stopped by to wrap up the loose ends. Shawn, the Installation Manager kept the project moving smoothly and communicated with me as necessary throughout the process.

Thank you all for such professional service!

Absolutely 10O% awesome!! Working with Oaks on our kitchen remodel was worth every penny and then some! From design to completion, everyone on the team was super responsive, helpful, professional and just plain nice! Having our project manager, Brian, was truly the best part (besides the finished product of course!) - he had a detailed day-to-day schedule for us so we always knew what was happening at any given time and who the team member was that was going to be providing their expertise. Every single person who helped to create the kitchen we waited 25 years for was top notch, but a special shout out to Paco and John - they spent the most time with us and their craftsmanship was second to none!

If I could give Kitchens by Oaks more than five stars I would.I am beyond pleased with the work that they did. From the very beginning, working with Bonnie the designer, to Brian the project manager to Seth Clark the lead contractor, the experience has been wonderful. I had two bathrooms completely replaced, new kitchen counters and backsplash, lighting and new tile at my front door and around my fireplace. The quality of the work was exceptional. The craftsmanship was top-tier as was the professionalism and attention to detail. The remodeling was completed on schedule, the crew arrived on time and they kept the workspace clean. I highly recommend them!

Thank you, Kitchen by Oaks!! You did an amazing job transforming our old kitchen and bathroom into beautiful new spaces. Your team was very professional, punctual, and careful throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate the quality of your work and couldn’t be happier with the results!

Worst mistake I’ve ever made. We have been living a nightmare and have been out of our home for almost two years.

Excellent communication & expert skilled work! Definitely 5 star result!

Frank and his team did an almost impossible job. We were truly impressed by his professionalism and work.

Requested a quote for a new deck/patio through their website, received a call back and had an estimate scheduled. They never showed up and did not call to tell me they wouldn't be able to make it. Left a voicemail for them and still no response.

We have hired Nick and his crew to remodel four bathrooms for us. They do amazing work and leave your house spotless.

We hired Derisio to complete a roof repair and related inside drywalling. Also included in the cost was painting of the outside dormer damaged by the issue. We paid the invoice in full and the outside painting was to be done in the spring. After multiple phone calls and emails Derisio NEVER responded.

I've had Nick and his team perform work at both my home and my office. They have always been courteous and clean, not to mention the fact that they do great work. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The crew that remodeled my kitchen were hardworking, courteous, cleaned up, and rmost important, really listened to me (I said I want the lights HERE and HERE, and he said I don't think I can do that and I said just DO it and by god he did it). It's my one shot at having a dream kitchen and they worked with me to make it happen. Everybody who has seen it loves it. A couple minor quibbles are nothing to what they accomplished. I can't thank them enough and will always recommend them to anyone who asks

I have had DeRisio Construction do work at two different homes and now my business over the last decade and have always been pleased with the end result. The vinyl plank flooring recently installed at my business is amazing! Thanks Nick!

This is THE BEST remodeling company in the Rochester Area. I recently had my basement remodeled by Derisio Construction. My wife and I are still amazed at the quality of craftsmanship Derisio's employees were able to deliver. I was able to walk through my basement using Virtual Reality Glasses before any walls were constructed! I saw the finished product and figured it would be decent.....that program didn't do them justice, compared with the finished product! From my family, we wish to thank all of you for creating such a wonderful space for our home. I am beyond satisfied, and would be more than willing to speak with anyone considering this company. Thanks guys!!!
