If Icould give 20 stars for my new kitchen remodel I would.From the very start of design and planning this company is terrific and has made this first year anniv.of my husbands death,much more bearable.My project Mgr. Brian Brownyard was the 'oil 'that kept this whole project running efficiently and
smoothly.Each worker on his team of construction people was polite,courteous, talented,efficient, and I could go on..they started in mid Jan and on the 31st of Jan I was in a car accident which I'm still recovering from and Brian made sure everything was on time and handled so well. The quality of workmanship can't be beat. So if you're thinkin of a kitchen remodel,go no further,this company was the best.i will miss Brian and his great team !

Overall great experience, nice group of guys who did the work both Oaks employees and sub contractors. Cheryl (designer) was great to work with on the design and seemed excited about my kitchen. Tom H (PM) was also great even though he seems to be spread super thin, always got back to me and delivered when he said he would. And, kitchen looks and is great! Probably give a 4.5 but not an option :)

Great job by Kitchens by Oaks. The countertop and backsplash are beautiful. Their staff were very professional and did an excellent job. I would definately use them again and recommend them.

The Oaks custom kitchens and bath showroom was amazing; one of the nicest I've ever seen. I loved the layout and the number of displays was incredible. The product quality was top-notch. I was also impressed by the staff. The designers were awesome... both knowledgeable and professional. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. I can honestly give this business five stars and would give them more , if possible. Highly recommended to all! Thank you Oaks.

If I could give this company a 0 star review I would. This has been a nightmare from the start. I’ll keep it short. It’s been almost 4 months on a simple Kitchen remodel. Cabinets and countertops that’s it!!!! Take old out and put new in exactly way it was. Trey our project manager is very inexperienced and tries to intimidate you and make you feel uncomfortable in your own home. Worse communication I have ever dealt with on any construction project. Full of empty promises and craftsmanship is hit or miss. Multiple people coming to your home with no appointments or acknowledgment. Terrible scheduling. If I could find a new range insert they would be gone now but of course I can’t find anything that will fit in the custom Kraft Maid range hood so I’m stuck with another it will be two more weeks excuse. My families Thanksgiving, Christmas and, potentially New Year’s holiday has been ruined due to poor management. Arrow kitchen was 10,000 more but at this point it would have been worth the money to go with them. Don’t regret it. Take your business elsewhere.

Kitchens by Oaks did a great job on our bathroom remodeling! The designer, project manager, painter, electrician and installer were awesome! Especially Paco, who installed everything with great attention to detail! It looks fantastic!

Julia made an amazing layout and design for our kitchen. She was communicative, helpful, and checked in throughout the process. Tom and the team working on the kitchen were professionals, and detail oriented. Tom stayed in touch with schedules and let me know what to expect. If anything went wrong or wasn’t to our liking, Tom did whatever he could to make sure it was done right and that we were happy. I will recommend Julia, Tom, and Kitchens by Oaks to anyone in need of a remodel.

The team of workers from Kitchens by Oaks were excellent. They were knowledgeable in all the trades and had a thorough understanding of what needed to be done. And they were very careful to protect our wood floors and clean up each day. Shawn and Tyler were so pleasant and nice to have here. They even brushed the snow off my car one day. Our dog looked forward to seeing them every day too. Chad was also delight. It makes it so easy to go through the work with such nice people. The top guy was Brian. He made sure this job ran smoothly. He was very patient with all our questions and calls. He's another knowledgeable worker who also got me some photos that I missed so I can make scrapbook pages of our project. I could go on and on with the nice experiences with everyone from Kitchens by Oaks.

We were looking to have an extensive bathroom remodel completed after the first of the year and after receiving several quotes, we ended up choosing Oaks for the project. Julia the designer was amazing and we absolutely loved working with her! Our PM Tom was very professional, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied, even going back to a vendor for a replacement when an item didn’t meet quality standards. I also can’t stay enough great things about Skye who conducted the work, as he was professional, polite and meticulous in all of his work. I highly recommend Oaks and their team for any remodeling projects and will definitely use them again in the future!

We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen! The professionals at Kitchens by Oaks made our dream kitchen a reality. Diana Coleman and Jess Piper truly succeeded in designing a kitchen that is both functional and pleasing to the eye. We can't say enough about the build staff as well. They were respectful and professional all during the installation process. Joe, John, Jorge, Cody(?) and Chad as well as those whose names I can't

We remodeled our kitchen with Kitchens by oaks. Worked with Alexa as our designer and Bryan was our project manager. Working on kitchen designs with Alexa was fun and she was very accommodative to the changes we suggested and had good insight in what may or may not work well. Bryan kept us informed along the way to make the stressful transition smoother in 8 weeks of remodeling. 90% of things went as scheduled with less than expected delays.
John painted the house as well and was amazing with the work. Appreciate efforts of whole team!

First, our project manager, Jubilee, was exceptional at managing our kitchen and bathroom renovations. Through twist and turns that sometimes happen in large projects, Jubilee made everything work perfectly. We are very satisfied with the results from Oaks Kitchen and Bath/Kitchens By Oaks. Every detail was expertly done, including getting phenomenal pricing on all of our kitchen appliances.

Oaks did an amazing job with our kitchen renovation. They arrived when they said they would and the kitchen was done quickly! Our craftsman took pride in his work and it showed!

We were thrilled with how Julia P. worked with us to design our dream bathroom. We felt that the final product was a meld of our own visions with her professional suggestions. Our project manager, Brian B. was extremely attentive to any of our questions and concerns throughout the remodeling process. Eli was an extremely skilled craftsman. All of the people that we interacted with were kind, courteous, and professional. They even treated our dog, Murphy, like family!

Oaks completely renovated our main bathroom! The design team was spot on with every single detail from the start. Their workmen were courteous, always prompt, prepared, clean and so very kind. Everyone became like family to us. In addition to working throughout a blizzard and polar vortex, they never judged my bedraggled morning appearance! Our bathroom is gorgeous, thanks to them! Highly recommend.

We had a complete kitchen remodel. Kitchens by Oaks. All Cabinets, countertops, sink and faucet were installed along with existing appliances in time frame promised. Any additional adjustments, suggestions or requests were taken care of immediately and professionally. All people involved with our project, starting with Jacklyn (our sales and designer representative)and Brian (project manager) as well as every person involved with the remodel were very professional, respectful and a pleasure to have in our home. Jamie H., Project Manager, Paco and George, builders, Diana C. sales and designer, were all amazing. We've used Oaks for bathrooms, two different house roofing projects, and most recently to help us with a solution for an old shower that needed replacement in the master bathroom. The shower was leaking into the 1st floor ceiling. The quality work that Paco and George did, prep and planning by Jamie, and the selection and being able to work within our budget with Diana, are all reasons I continue to use and recommend Oaks for all our home construction needs.

This is the second project we have had done by Oaks. We are very happy, again, with the final result. Tom did an excellent job fielding all our questions and concerns once the project started. He always got right back to us. He was determined that we would have the shower that we had hoped for, and it turned out exactly the way we wanted. Beautiful, functional
and safe. Alex was the only person on site and was very conscientious and meticulous in his work. A real craftsman. As with any project, large or small, there may be changes along the way, once you see your design coming to life. I would recommend always staying on top of the daily progress. We did a bath to shower conversion this time and a kitchen remodel previously. We would recommend Oaks.

Kitchens by Oaks,(Kitchens By Countryside) did a fabulous kitchen remodel for us. Starting with our designer Julia. She was very patient, knowledgeable and reassuring during the selection process. Julia listen to our ideas and offered great suggestions as we navigated the many cabinets, countertops, flooring and backsplash choses. Once the cabinets, flooring and other materials arrived our Project Manager Tom took over the day to day installation. Tom kept us informed daily on who would be at our home and what they would be working on. All of the craftsmen that worked on our kitchen were respectful, neat, knowledgeable and timely. Tom and his crew made some good suggestions with lighting and many other items that come with a remodel project. As with any home improvement project there were a few bumps along the way but Tom handled all of these quickly and efficiently.
We are extremely pleased with the completed remodel and are happy to show off our new kitchen!

At 2am I had water backing up into my kitchen due to ice dams on my roof. Huge shout out to Scott Miller, James Shelton and Erik who were chipping ice and putting down calcium in such cold conditions. The response time was super quick, service provided was top notch. Still have plenty of work to do inside but glad the roof leak stopped for now. A new roof and gutters are needed this spring! Thank you again to Scott for handling this so quickly!
