Constraction reviews in Webster, New York

Jason Calder and his team have done several jobs for me and for my clients over the last several years. Whether it was a small update as clients were preparing their homes for sale or a large renovation project to help them to create their forever home, they have always delivered. Calder Homes has continually provided excellent service, great communication, quality workmanship, all delivered in a timely and very professional manner. As a real estate broker with for over 39 years, I am often asked for contractor recommendations. Based on my personal experience, I would certainly recommend Calder Homes. Whether you just need some minor cosmetic updates, or you are considering a larger renovation project such as kitchen, bathroom, flooring, finished basement, or deck, etc., I would recommend that you give them a call, you won’t be disappointed. We hired Calder Homes Remodeling to update the exterior lights on our home to Carriage Style lights. We liked it so much we decided to update the lights on our patio as well. Jason and Les were very easy to work with and their electrician was also able to repair some outlets while he was here. We will call them first when we start our next project!

I had a great experience with Jason Calder and Rochester Flooring. He was extremely attentive in returning phone calls and was able to get things scheduled very quickly for me. Jason was very knowledgeable and able to make sound recommendations. I had the installation done today and my carpeting looks fabulous! The installers arrived on time and they were professional and considerate. They did an excellent job with both installation and clean up. My new carpeting looks fabulous!

Calder homes just completed the painting throughout my entire home. What a great job! We also had new pantry shelves, several closet organizer systems as well as a custom industrial metal shelving system. I had a honey do list on top of my renovation to get done and their teams helped me build exterior steps, molding work, and fix some long broken items. Next on their schedule for me is the installation of window treatments!

We have been working with Calder homes for several years. Jason, Jeff and the entire staff have always been professional, knowledgeable, and quality craftsman. If you are looking to remodel your home give them a call so they can help you have the home of your dreams!

Jason and his team have been our number one go-to for all of our residential home alterations projects. They are not only great to work with, but also extremely professional and provide high quality work. Projects that vary from simple structural stabilization and improvements to massive home additions, full interior and exterior updates and interior design. Every client we have sent their way has been more than impressed by the level care this team puts into making thier dream a reality. I highly recommend giving them a call for any project, big or small!

I hired Jason and his guys to refinish my original wood floors. They had better availability and equivalent cost to the other service I investigated. Job was well done, prompt, and the crew was great.

Calder Homes just completed a huge kitchen renovation project in our home. From start to finish my husband and I were so pleased with the professionalism, dedication, craftsmanship, special care, and personal interest that Jason, Jeff, and their whole crew gave us throughout. From the first day we met with Jason and throughout the entire job we knew we made the best decision to hire Calder Homes. Our special thanks and gratitude to the very hard-working dedicated group of workers who worked in our home throughout the 12-week process. Dave Sr., Junior, John, Santos, Anthony, Mike, Joel, Zeus, Frank, Brianna - as happy as we are that our kitchen project is 99 % complete, we are going to miss you - I feel like you’ve become a part of our family. And Jeff - we can’t thank you enough for your patience and guidance throughout - especially as John and I would reach out to you many times with “one more change” or just “ one more question”❤️

Calder Homes recently completed two projects for my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They installed new carpets and repaired a stairwell that was on the verge of collapsing. Jason was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and the entire team exceeded my expectations.

They were prompt, communicated clearly, maintained a clean workspace, and delivered impeccable craftsmanship. The new carpets are of excellent quality—even my dog approves!

The stairwell repair was particularly impressive. It feels much safer now, and the team went above and beyond by repainting the areas they worked on under the stairs. You would never know construction had taken place just a week ago.

I am incredibly grateful for their expertise and would highly recommend Calder Homes to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality work.

Calder Holmes did a bathroom remodel for us and did a great job. The team was easy to work with and it looks amazing.

We had a great experience with Calder Homes completing a number of projects at our newly purchased home. The projects included work from electric, painting, plumbing, carpenters and flooring teams. Everyone that we interacted with was friendly, professional and committed to producing high quality work. We appreciated the ease of communication with Jason and Calder Homes' commitment to completing the work on time as promised. Highly recommend!

Recently worked with Jason and his team for a carpet install we had after we purchased our new home. I couldn't recommend Calder homes enough!

Jason and his crew were amazing! They worked around our holiday schedule and were extremely professional. Jason was very reasonable in price and completed all the floors in our three story home in less than 2 weeks. My husband and I will be calling Jason again for all our next projects!

We've worked with Calder Homes on two projects and had an incredibly positive experience.
The quality of work is high and every member of the Calder team is skilled and knows what they are doing. The highlight of our experience was the timely updates and communication we received about the status of our project and what was ahead - we recommend them for your next house project!

Calder was responsive right from the initial phase of our upstairs project. This Bathroom was totally renovated and lead by Jeremy M, who meticulously tiled all walls including in the shower stall, which is the anchor (along with the chair rail) of the renovation, along with new floor and vanity and lighting!! Cross Skill level is high quality!

Calder Homes remodeled our living room and kitchen. They both turned out beautiful. All of the employees were friendly, kind and accommodating. We will definitely hire them for future projects!

Messaged Jason to see if he could re-stretch some carpet for me. He responded immediately and 5 days later someone (Pete) was there to do the work! Carpets turned out great and I was very happy with the turnaround time and service! I had tried some of the larger carpet stores and either got no response or the price was ridiculous. Will be looking to call him again for other projects. Overall very happy with the experience !

We have a classic 1950’s blue tile that was starting to come off the walls in places as well as a rotted area of subfloor where the floor tile was failing. Calder Homes was able to get to the work within a few weeks of my call and completely corrected the issue as well as install a new tile floor. All at a reasonable price. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Calder Homes provided us with great service, completing our project right on schedule. Thanks to their work, we successfully acquired our certificate of occupancy for our preschool. A special shoutout to my project manager, Jeff, who was fantastic!

We were referred to Jason and his team by Rapid Dry following the clean up of significant flooding damage in our home. Jason was extremely responsive and came as soon as we called, did a thorough walk through with me, then got a crew into our house within a day (amazing!). The work needed was not just flooring, but rehanging a ceiling, prepping, painting ceiling and walls, laying, setting the large vanity back in the bath (including the plumbing), tiling...everything! The crews were all extremely polite, professional, clean and did great work. As an example, the kitchen flat ceiling looks better than it did before the flood, very well done. Without detailing every thing they did, suffice to say, if you need work done in your home, call Jason!

We just moved to a new house and needed some work done on the old house to get it ready to put on the market. Jason and his crew were able to get everything done quickly and efficiently - replacing carpet and refinishing the hardwood floors - all for a reasonable price. Everything looks terrific.
