Constraction reviews in Webster, New York

Excellent ! Helped with my home renovation and were professional and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have been happier.

Very professional and provided a quick turnaround. They worked hand in hand with my structural engineer for the entire process. Everything was meticulously done to code and the manufacturer's product specifications. I couldn't be more impressed with the results - a top notch contractor!

It has been 2 years now since my wife and I had our house built by Gauger and Swingly Construction, making this review unique in that time has gone by to tell more than just the initial build. If you are interested in building a house, be sure to take the time to read this. Building a home is exciting but also can be difficult and stressful. The pandemic brought unprecedented challenges to the equation for us but Dennis, Jacob and Ed made sure that stress was taken off our shoulders as much as possible. Dennis was and continues to be an incredible communicator and his experience comes through in every discussion. Dennis, Jacob and Ed’s problem solving and the ability to foresee any issues is truly impressive. Their contractors are skilled, experienced and you can tell their is a trust within the company. During our build, there was a minor detail in our pantry we didn’t expect and wanted different. Without hesitation, Dennis and the contractor changed it to our liking without question or judgement. These guys truly care about the people they are working for. Combine that with their skill and experience in everything they do, it’s clear why Gauger and Swingly Construction is the best around. Our relationship goes beyond the initial build. They have made it clear they are one call away if we have any issues or concerns. Thank you Gauger and Swingly Construction for making our dream and vision come true. There is a comfort knowing things were done the right way and that they always have your back. It was and continues to be a pleasure to work with them.

Anything that was a problem he took care of it in timely manner and he is always pleasant.

Highly recommend Kitchens by Oaks. Responsive and professional. Design team was very helpful. The work done by Alex was excellent.

Julia has a gift for designing kitchens! She not only made everything work from a functional standpoint, but it also is so beautiful. She really is a joy!

We loved having a consistent team show up each day at our site for our bathroom remodel. We took a bit longer on the plans up- front, but in the end it made the job so much less stressful with essentially no change orders

Great company. I had my kitchen remodeled and it looks great Cheryl did a great job in selecting my sink and backsplash. All workers took pride in their work and IT SHOWS!

Amanda provided us with wonderful and professional expertise. Her insight and vision was overwhelmingly beautiful. She brought fresh and different ideas to the table, and we loved them all. Amanda had patience and perseverance to find exactly what we were looking for. Thank you!!!

I had my bathroom remodeled by this company. The completed project came out beautiful. Kudos to the designer Bonnie Gloris.

I have enjoyed every part of the process, Amy as my designer, Jubilee as my project manager (she is a great communicator!), and all the workers and contractors are knowledgable, respectful and seem like they really enjoy the work they do! I would highly recommend Kitchens by Oaks for a kitchen remodel!

From Diana (our Desinger) to our Project Managers Tom & Josh, and our construction team Brendan & Chad - thank you! Each Kitchen’s By Countryside Team member was pleasant, professional, trustworthy and organized. Work on my 1880’s bathroom was not easy, but each team member gave there all and we now have a bathroom that shines. We have joked that we are going to charge friends $10 to take showers. Many would like to take us up on that!! I was so worried at the beginning of this process that I would be bothered at work with a million questions or that our dogs might not be great with work going on in the house all day. Those worries were totally unfounded. The Kitchens By Oaks team did everything they said they would do and MORE! We can hardly wait to get started on our next project with them.

We had Oaks do our kitchen backsplash and install a sliding glass shower door. The jobs they did for us were excellent! Both installers were professionals and gentlemen. We would definitely use them again!

Stopped in to have our kitchen redone and potentially 2 bathrooms. Tried to make an appointment to schedule something, but the clerk at the front didn't seem to want to schedule and was leading us out of the store. They wanted us to schedule online from the website.
No one else really offered to assist us while there. We went elsewhere and with better results.

Great experience working with Oaks. The contractors were all respectful and cleaned up after every job. Tom was always available and easy to work with if we needed some clarification or a change. I would recommend Oaks to all my relatives and friends. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

We had a great experience with our team from the initiation of our plans to completion. Alexa listened to my ideas, provided her professional expertise and designed our entertainment unit beautifully. It is exactly how I envisioned the finished project. We have received many compliments on our new living room and how cozy and inviting the room has become. We couldn’t be more pleased!
Thank you to all for a job well done.
