My elderly mother needed restoration work in her basement and Ryan and the rest of the team were great to work with from the initial quote to project completion. Ryan answered all of our questions, explained the work that needed to be done and provided a fair price. Ryan personally followed up to address questions. The team did excellent work and my mother is very happy and no longer stressed. No more mold, moisture or smell. All areas were addressed to avoid future issues. A very satisfied customer.

Danny and Val did an awesome job! They worked timely and efficiently. They completed our carpet and tile floors to our standard of satisfaction! I would 10/10 recommend them to friends and family for any flooring needs.

I’ve had two experiences with A Cleaner Image and both went really well. On the first occasion, I requested an inspection for a mold issue. Ryan arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection. He gave me some simple suggestions to remedy the problem instead of selling me services that I didn’t need. That earned my trust so when my basement recently flooded, Ryan was my first call. He arrived within an hour and immediately went to work. He and his team did a great job and I was very satisfied with their service and professionalism.

5 stars is honestly not enough! If I could give 10 stars I would! Anytime I've needed a cleaning I always call A Cleaner Image FIRST!!! Their work is SUPERB to say the least!!! I first met Deandrea and Randy for a major project on my property and they came out to handle it, and I was beyond satisfied with the work they completed (& they did the work so FAST)!!! Anytime I schedule work with this company, these are the two men that I always request, and will continue to do so!!!

Randy also assisted Deandrea on another major project and the finished product was amazing!!! Highly recommend these men for any project you have in mind!!!

We were very surprised to see photos from a Refined Restoration LLC project being used and misrepresented on another restoration company’s website and marketing materials. The work shown was performed exclusively by our certified team—not by the other company. Claiming credit for another restoration company’s work is misleading to customers and unethical within our industry.

At Refined Restoration, we believe in honest representation, transparency, and professional integrity. Passing off another company’s completed project as your own not only disrespects the original contractor but misleads homeowners who deserve to know exactly who they’re hiring. Our yard sign is even in the pictures posted on their website.

We encourage potential customers to do their due diligence and verify credentials and project histories. Integrity & image matters—especially in emergency restoration.

We could not have been more pleased with the three-day basement mold job we had done. Chris, DeAndre, and Josh were prompt, polite, professional, and kind enough to educate us through each phase of the job. The updates provided were helpful as new homeowners so we understood all the treatments and felt empowered about our own home. Dealing with mold is never something we wanted to do, but we’d go back to A Cleaner Image in a heartbeat should it ever happen.

Ryan is easily the most indispensable contractor to know in the Rochester area. And his business is 100% first-class. We had 5 areas with carpet cleaned today. Randy came today to do our carpets and I couldn't be happier. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, so nice. He was efficient and we felt that the price was very reasonable.

Had a flood incident in the heavy rain yesterday night. Basement carpet completely got wet. Called cleaner image who I used to clean mold. They were prompt, arrived on time, removed excess water, kept the fans and dehumidifiers.

Danny and Deandre were really good and excellent in their craft. They just lifted the carpet without damaging anything and placed the equipments. I will update the review after the work is done.

I had a mold smell in a bedroom for a few years . 4 different contractors including hvac specialists couldn’t figure it out. It was a tiny spot on my roof. Ryan figured it out, found it and fixed it for a reasonable price. Super smart, nice and fair. Definitely highly recommend him!

Sump pump failure caused our entire basement to flood. We reached out to A cleaner Image for an estimate on the damage. We dealt With Ryan, Chris Heather. They were professional, friendly and honest. Chris came out the first day and thoroughly inspected our basement and we had an estimate within 24 hours! We couldn’t be happier With the work Chris did!! He went above and beyond!! Worked with Ryan and Chris, this is the 2nd time I've reached out to Cleaner Image, thwy do amazing work. The first time was to deal with a mold issue in my ceiling, they removed the mold, and the contaminated ceiling tiles. Years later i hired them a second time to deal with the mold that was behind the walls of my basement, that i wasn't aware of. For good measure I also requested their water proofing service. They do great work, they moved all the junk i had in the basement, they reached out to me to see if i was satisfied with the direction they were going with the design, and were polite and helpful. I can now use my basement after almost 3 years, truly grateful, and will hire them again in the future
