We moved into a townhouse in February 2017 and needed three GFCI and two regular breakers replaced. I spoke with Lucas and was quoted $150 for parts and labor. I then got a bill for $618. They sent two electricians for a one person job, and charged $90 per GFCI switch. You can buy them at Lowes for $50. I called Lucas to discuss this and would receive a run around from him. He wouldn't call me back. Now March of 2018 I received a letter from a collection agency. I contacted this company again and spoke with the office manager. She investigated the issue and reported: yes I was quoted $150, yes there was a massive communication break down admitted by Lucas, No they did not contact me regarding the difference in the quote verse what they saw at the home, Yes all businesses mark up their parts by 300%. This is a scam business and they should be ashamed of themselves. I am glad to pay the collection agency so they do not get the full amount.

We've had Larry Masci Electric come out to our house multiple times since we moved into our house. Every person we've dealt with there has been awesome! I wasn't able to be home when they were installing a pendant in our kitchen and they even Facetimed me with my husband to determine what height it should be. Angel was super nice and each person who has come out has left our house perfectly clean after they leave. They gave me accurate quotes ahead of time and scheduled me very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be calling them in the future!

Brian Austin and the staff at Larry Masci electric have been exceptional. They have always provided excellent service. They have been on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible as they have helped our church fellowship with our video surveillance needs. Poor customer service. They did the wiring in my new build in 2020. Developed a problem that caused the breaker to trip with anything more than a single light bulb. Called them up while they were literally actively working across the street and was told sorry, can't help you. Didn't even offer a date they would be available. Masci couldn't be bothered to walk across the street and help out. Wasn't expecting free labor, just wanted the problem fixed. Ended up calling Nichols who came the next morning.

The electrician sent, Shane, was on time, friendly and informative. He quickly diagnosed the problem and generated the estimate. Upon approval, he quickly and efficiently completed the repair. He also went above expectations by offering to place waterproof caulk around some external outlets. I was very satisfied with his service…completed at a reasonable price.

Lockwood Electric has to be one of the most efficient, friendly businesses I have ever dealt with! From Sarah answering my calls via the phone to Dan and Michael the techs, it is an organization that runs like a well oiled machine! Two thumbs up!!+++

As a BBB accredited business we had confidence in their reliability, which was completely confirmed with our experience. We needed a panel upgrade with some wiring upgrades and the job was done just under the projected time, with no mess left behind; and even with some old-house obstacles overcome. The technicians, Dan, Mike, Cameron and Mason, were great to work with. All our questions were answered clearly, along with options for solutions and no pressure advice. The job was finished under estimate and, with readily available office support, included speedy completion of all the paperwork we needed with the job.

Dan, Mason and Chris did an amazing job on our new lighting and bathroom fan installation.. they did everything amazing and walked us through everything… amazing job guys way to go Lockwood Electric definitely recommending to family and friends 10/10, 5 plus stars the best out there..

We called Lon Lockwood to install a new fandelier in our sunroom. Noah came to work on it, and finished it with ease. He was polite, neat and friendly. The new fandelier looks great. Always a pleasure doing business with Lon Lockwood.

We lost power in 2 rooms of our house. The technician, Dan, came out the same day I called. He was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. He addressed all my concerns. It was a pleasure to deal with them, on the phone and in person. I will use them again.

Chris and terry and the other guys that worked on our safety overhaul on our house. The work they did was incredible also taking care of burnt out outlet which stemmed this whole thing. Absolutely loved the punch list they setup, every floor of our house was taken care of perfectly. We also had a new panel box installed to clean up the chaos that was in the old one and the best part is they Labeled every Breaker which is exciting so there’s no more guessing If there’s any work to be done in the future. I would recommend these folks to anybody and will have them back if we have any other issues hopefully not anytime soon, but I trust their abilities and their workmanship and their suggestions on what makes things safe and more efficient in the house. We are definitely customers for life with these guys

I had an incredible experience with Lon Lockwood Electric! Noah, Chris, Terry, and Mason came out to install a new electric panel, replace my floodlights, and put on a new house knob. They did an amazing job from start to finish. The new panel looks sleek and spotless, and they left the work area so clean that you wouldn’t even know they had been here if not for the upgrades. They also took the extra time to carefully label each switch so I could easily understand what’s connected to what, which I really appreciate.

On top of that, the office staff, Diyar and Jess, were wonderful to work with. They were very kind, respectful, and made scheduling and financing the project smooth and stress-free.

Overall, I’m beyond satisfied with their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service. I’ll absolutely rely on them for all of my future electrical needs!

We had electrical service from when our home was built 29 years ago. As a result of problems with a specific circuit, I contacted Lockwood for a service call. The tech looked at our breaker box and noted that it lacked surge protection, but did not pressure or try to convince me to replace it. He gave me good information and let me decide, which was easy. They did the significant upgrade to our electrical service today, and I was really pleased with all aspects of the installation and the commitment to explain what was being done, why if that wasn't obvious, and roughly how long it would be take to complete the job.
Every interaction with Lockwood, from initial call until final review of the work this afternoon, demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. Don't know how to give a more positive assessment, other than if there were more than five starts for rating, my review would have selected all of them!!

This was my first experience with Lon Lockwood Electric and I've found my electrician. From the very first phone call they've been nothing but professional. In fact everyone was outright nice. Everything happened exactly on schedule with no wait time and was communicated easily between phone, text and Email. The electrician himself, Shane, was great. After assessing the situation he came up with the options and walked me through it all in a way I could understand it. The pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again.
