Dan S. Is a knowledgable technician. I had a dining room light fixture that was not working properly. Upon finding the issue he was very informative about his steps to resolve the issue. He also communicated the cost before starting the project. Another positive is they offer service for residential rental property’s. Overall I had a great customer experience with Dan S. and the staff at Lon Lockwood Electric.

We were in need of an electrician and had no idea where to turn. Searching online we saw excellent reviews for Lon Lockwood Electric so we gave them a shot. Boy are we glad we did. From the office staff on my initial call, to Noah the electrician who visited our home, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. For me it's always exciting to find a company you can rely on and keep their number close for any future needs. Two huge thumbs up!

Noah and Tim were complete professionals. They identified issue and explained things to me (that helped with other electrical issues in the house). While Tim replaced the faulty switch, Noah did a complete check of my electrical box and outside electric to ensure its safety. They were polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I have had the pleasure of using Lon Lockwood Electrical on two separate occasions to install Google Floodlight Cameras for our clients. We called Lon Lockwood because they came highly recommended and were highly rated on Google. Jessie was kind, enthusiastic and inquisitive during the phone call to make the appointment. We appreciated her transparency and thoughtfulness as she outlined how the appt would go when the technician arrived at our home. In addition she was able to have a technician show up to our house the very next day and at a time that worked best for us! When Dan S. arrived he was just as kind and very professional and put on shoe covers without us having to ask. Dan took the time to listen to the electrical issue we were having and also went through the process of how the appt would go in order to resolve our problem. Throughout the appointment he was able to make some suggestions for electrical upgrades to ensure everything was safe and discussed how he fixed our problem to make us feel like the job was done correctly and with quality results. Our electrical problem was fixed and we might even be hiring Lon Lockwood again to replace our circuit panel. Dan did an excellent job while providing wonderful customer service without making us feel like our small electrical problem was a waste of time. After Dan left, Jessie called to follow up to make sure we were satisfied with the service and overall quality of Dan’s work. This goes to show that they take great care and thoughtfulness in creating a seamless experience for their customers. The price was very fair for a small project and we will definitely be considering them again in the future!

Another great experience with Dan, Chris, Terry, Will, and the Lon Lockwood team. Absolutely thorough job. Spent so much time with me discussing what work I needed, what I liked and what I didn't, and were so accommodating when I had concerns about aesthetics. They didn't just rush a job, they took the time to find the best possible way to achieve the goal with minimal impact. Highly skilled team and they were friendly to boot.

Additionally, the house is spotless. Honestly wouldn't even know they were here except now all my issues are resolved and all my lights look great. Highly, highly recommend.

I have had Lon Electric to my home more than once to do work for us. Jess in the main office is so friendly and helpful. Dan and Tim came out to do our work this time. Both of them were very professional, thorough, friendly and respectful of my home. They explained things to me thoroughly and in a way I could understand, but we're not condescending, which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Lon Electric.

I don't often write unsolicited reviews, but we had a very good experience with Lockwood Electric. Shane texted us right when he said, and came over and promptly repaired the plug and light I needed work on. He also checked all the plugs in the house. He did suggest rewiring and/or changing the electrical supply to the house, but didn't pressure my wife for services. Also, I scheduled a visit on their website for Friday on a Monday night, but was promptly called back and offered service the following day. I also thought the cost was very reasonable.

Communication was spectacular. From the estimate, through booking actual work, until day of job! Dan was our guy through the process; was professional, attentive, friendly & thorough. We had an old chandelier removed then replaced with a beautiful new fan/light fixture on a sloped ceiling. Dan assembled the fan right out of the box, corrected the bracing inside the ceiling, installed then updated the power source. We also had a faulty switch for our recessed kitchen lighting changed out to an even nicer one. Overall, the experience was seamless and pleasant. Highly recommend.

good work and came out when we really need them . fusebox went bad with water in it. they replace it same day then came back to update outside.

Shane was amazing!!! So respectful, friendly and very upfront. He gave great feedback and advice. Cleaned up the areas he worked in. Very patient while we explained what was happening, since our home is a blend of 1920s and 1950s along with home improvements over the years. We would strongly recommend this company and the customer service before arrival and after was a wonderful!!! Not something you get anymore. We were extremely satisfied!!!!

My family just bought an old house, and the electricity is way out of date. As first time homeowners, we have no idea what is going on. I called Lon Lockwood with that small comment, unsure of where to even begin with my electrical concerns.

This place has been so great so far that I'm almost in tears. Jess and Sarah at the office are so understanding and knowledgable! The electricians are just as incredible. So far, I've worked with Dan, and he's been kind to my sisters and I. We ask a million questions, and they have a million and one answers!

They offer financing, which is extremely helpful. When I didn't get approved for the full amount needed, they helped me find a way to plan out how to get what I needed done safely, and within a reasonable budget.

Whenever I need electrical work done, it will be through Lon Lockwood. They have made something scary feel like something doable for me and my family.

ETA: Today, they did the actual work on my house. I'm so happy with it! The light in my room no longer flickers! The outlets don't look scary! Will absolutely be using them again soon, and recommending them to all the other people in my circle buying fixer-uppers.
