Dan arrived on time, explained the process, took his time to evaluate the options and game me an upfront estimate to repair the issue. He was very friendly and courteous and I’d highly recommend him/them.

I use Lockwood to do some lighting over a pool table and a bar in my basement. I am very happy with the work. The person I worked with, Dan, was very professional and pleasant. The coworker who came with him for the install was also very pleasant and professional. Very happy with the job and the company.

This is the first time I have reached out to Lockwood Electric. One of my reasons was that it’s a family owned business. Dan was my technician and I was very pleased. He was excellent at explaining everything and pointing out the specifics. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t provide scare tactics to encourage additional services. I will definitely use them in the future and, in fact, scheduled upgrades for after the holidays.

Had to replace circuit panel due to water leakage. Had to reroute mainline to cellar, installed new circuit panel and installed 3 outlets in the garage. Our installers were Cody, Will, Evan and Dan came on day 2 to install garage outlets. All 4 were courteous, professional and answered all questions we had.

Dan from Lon Lockwood was great. He took excellent care of the home and walked me through every step, and ensured I had everything I needed for a successful high ceiling fan install. He did a great job and lockwood’s communication was on point with frequent text reminders and updates.

For everyone thinking about using Lockwood electric. Do it. These guys take their shit seriously. And they are very good at what they do.

Today my tech that was sent to me was Shane. I had no power in my basement at all. This dude was great. Fixed my problem super quick and did a bunch of other things I needed done. Had everything in his truck. Guys a total professional. Can’t thank him enough.

Had a ground fault found and fixed. Changed a light fixture. Changed a breaker. Added GfCis. Changed some switches. Removed old outlets. All in a few hours.

This is the only company I’m trusting to do work in my house.

We had an antique chandelier and a ceiling fixture installed. Made the appointment online and we had a technician here two days later. Shane did a great job for us. Start to finish this was a wonderful company to work with! We will use again.

Just amazing service top to bottom. From the dispatchers to the technicians to everybody else I’ve dealt with they have been kind and caring and willing to help. We called them out to look at a few issues and it turned into a full replacement of our very old (and mislabeled) electrical panel, switches, and outlets to be compliant and safe. Dan was able to quickly complete a few fixes then walked us through our entire electrical system, carefully pointing out any issues and giving his recommendations on what we needed. They were able to get the team of technicians (Mike, Cameron, Mason, and Will) out here shortly after that and the guys have been nothing but professional and courteous while performing expert work. As a new homeowner just getting their feet wet, I highly recommend the folks over at Lon Lockwood to help guide you through whatever you need.

We would highly recommend the Lon Lockwood Electric team. October 2025, our home had an issue of house lights flickering at random. We called Lon Lockwood Electric on a Monday and were able to get a service consult appointment by Wednesday am. Dan arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our main panel and found it had corrosion on bus bar, circuit breakers and bottom of panel. He showed us the corrosion issue and outdoors showed where the water was potentially entering. Dan wrote up an estimate to replace the entire main panel and for work outside to bring the situation up to code. The inside work was done Friday starting at 8 am and ending by 3 pm. No more flickering lights. We were very impressed with Dan's knowledge and he clearly explained how the replacement would be done. Mike and Cam did the replacement work and were on time, very professional and answered all our questions clearly. They left the work area clean. Mike and Cam went through the entire home to label each breaker in the main panel and to verify all switches and outlets were working properly. We were very satisfied with the entire experience. A sincere thank you to Dan, Mike and Cam!

We're very happy with the service we received from Lon Lockwood Electric. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a licensed electrician, or even if you weren't sure you needed one and thought you could do your own wiring (like me), when your EV receptacle melts, or whatever your situation is, and you need things rewired properly by a licensed electrician, they are the ones to call. They confirm every scheduled visit by text, with a photo of the electrician(s) who will be coming, and they call you 30 minutes in advance to tell you they're on their way. Their fees seemed reasonable. And the electricians are very professional, and equipped to solve a wide array of problems on their first visit. They recommended whole-house surge protection (which in 2026 is now required for all new construction), so with all the digital devices and an EV to protect we decided to have them install that as well.

A neighbor of mine suggested I call Lon Lockwood as I did not have an electrician and I had an overhead light out. Shane took care of the issue I was having with the overhead light first appointment and he also came back the next day with Tim and installed a surge protector for my house. Professional, friendly, answered all my questions. I would recommend this company if you need an electrician!

Noah from Lon Lockwood was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Not five minutes after the job was done, I received a call from their office to check in on my experience. The finished product was great and I have peace of mind knowing that the installation was done correctly. I obtained multiple bids for this work and this quote was certainly not the lowest but I felt that I got what a paid for and wouldn’t change a thing. I will be using their services in the future.

I would like to start off by saying I received MULTIPLE quotes for the recessed lighting project I had for my living room. Lon Lockwood was by far the best choice! They were reasonably priced and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my project. In the end I had 10 recessed canless lights installed in my living room and stairs. I am so happy with the services I have received with Lon Lockwood.
Dan did my quote and he took the time to ask me questions I had not thought about for my project. He even physically mapped out the placement and it helped me realize that what I was originally asking for was not what I would be happy with. Dan was friendly and professional. He explained in detail what to expect and even went over a few things other electricians brought to my attention. He made me feel confident that my project would be done with satisfaction.
Noah and Cameron were the ones that showed up to do the service. They were kind, friendly and professional. They also made sure I understood what was going to happen that day. I actually ended up adding another light at the top of my stairs and they were kind enough to fulfill that change for me. They made sure I knew the cost ahead of time for the extra work I was requesting. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that I had less drywall repair than what I originally thought I would need after the project was finished. I work from home and I felt comfortable in my space while they were complete their work. That is huge being a female home alone while 2 gentlemen worked! They were very respectful of my home and I appreciate that so much!

Customer Service the way it should be! They moved up our appointment day, they called 2x's just to tell me we were still on the repair list and would call again when a tech was available. Excellent! Then Shane's pic and bio showed up on my text when he was on the way. He found the problem and fixed it in no time. Repair price was very reasonable. We were given tips on safety and a maintenance plan option. We now are happy to have Lockwood Electric to handle our concerns.

This was the second time I have used Lon Lockwood and I won't hesitate to again. They were so responsive in scheduling an appointment and communicating when the technician would arrive. All around a great experience (again), the technician was so friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. 100% using them with any future needs.

We had them come and move an outlet. I wasn't sure our job was too small and it apparently wasn't! The person on the phone I talked to was really kind and professional. When the electrician arrived, he introduced himself (Dan) with a big smile, he put on his protective booties(raining outside) and started off with explaining the company background. Good information to know. I let him know why I picked their company, etc and he answered any and all questions that me and my dad had regarding the work.
We needed a couple outlets put in, got a whole house power surge protector and a light switch updated.
Dan gave us the cost, estimated time it would take to complete it and once approved, he got right to it.
Once he was done, he explained everything and made sure we were good with this work.
He actually found some issues as he was working, but he explained them and gave us his recommendation.
Excellent work for a VERY reasonable price. We are over the moon with our new, SAFE, updated outlets and whole house surge protector.
