Effective Lawn treatment that is environmentally safe.

Very happy with them and my lawn looks great!

Not good had to keep calling for the weeds there spot check is not good they come and spot check and don't get all the weeds should spray the hole lawn like the companies do never had that problem before be went back to my other company

They used to do my old house in Buffao 2 years ago in which I had a good experience, however I have tried to call them 3 times to come to my new house in Amherst NY so I called the buffalo office 3 different times and I left them 2 massages and they did not even care to respond, they are probably under a new management which is not available at all times

Always friendly, answer all questions. Price fair. I like that we can have as many or few treatments as we prefer. If issue arises, they are quicd to contact and correct. Easy reschedule if necessary.

UPDATE: A MANAGER FROM PERF A LAWN CONTACTED ME ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND HAD IT COMPLETELY RESOLVED. WHILE I AM STILL UNHAPPY THAT IT HAPPENED - MISTAKES DO HAPPEN - AND THEY DID INDEED WORK TO REMEDY THE SITUATION. Do not use this service. I have used them for years and for the most part without issue. However, this year I had a major issue and rather than resolve the issue in any way, their form of customer service was to call me and tell me I was wrong. Seriously?
For some reason, and for the first time, the application I received left many, many pellets on my concrete and in my pool. The ones in my pool have caused a very big algae problem that has since stained the walls of my pool. I have spent countless hours and a money on solving this problem. I had the water tested and verified that the fertilizer was indeed the cause of the issue.
'Not only did Perf A Lawn refuse to acknowledge that this could have possibly happened, they were rude, told me I was wrong, and are doing nothing to remedy the situation or prevent it in the future.
Terrible, terrible customer service.
Fact is - we all make mistakes, issues happen in every business, in every job. But when they are pointed out - it simply makes good business sense to own up to the problem and make some remedy.
Unfortunately, I prepaid. If I hadn't, I would be dropping them like a hot potato.

I've been a customer for several years and am very happy with Perf-a-Lawn. Two years ago the lawn had been almost completely destroyed by grubs. I requested a consultation and went with the tech's recommendations...grub control to be followed by over-seeding. The lawn looks terrific now. I always receive pre-scheduling info for routine services. Highly recommended!

I wanted to take a minute to give a shout-out to Dave, who did our aeration today.  He is so thorough and friendly. He made sure to speak with me ahead of time regarding the services he was going to perform, and made a special point of noting where our internet cables are buried so he could avoid those areas. He even moved our adirondack chairs out of the way (and then back again) so he could aerate under them!  These days great customer service is hard to come by, but the folks at Perf-a-Lawn are always professional, courteous and our lawn has never looked better.

They offer customizable lawn care services depending on your needs and even organic options- all at a competitive price. The lawn techs are very friendly and communicate if they notice something or if service needs to change due to the weather . Highly recommend you give them a call if you are in need of a better lawn care options!!!

The service was great!! We weren’t in a rush to get the tree removed and we were told it would be about 4-5 weeks. Then after 2 weeks I got a call on a Monday afternoon, they said they had an opening and could fit me in that day. They showed up an hour later around 145p, and were gone by 415p. They removed 1 big tree and one smaller tree. The workers were great and very pleasant to deal with. After grinding the stump and sending dust everywhere, they went over to my neighbors driveway and cleaned off their car with their blower. I was very impressed! Great service!

Recently had six trees removed all around my property, price was extremely fair, and the team worked quickly and did everything they could to make sure they didn’t destroy my lawn, which was appreciated. Will absolutely be using them again if needed, and recommending to friends.

We have had Tree Plucker out 3 times over the past few years to take down 10 trees ranging from a 30” base to 8”. Always have done a great job. I’m positive we will have them back for more. Greg is such a nice guy and treats you like a good friend.

Recently had 2 trees removed by Greg and his team, one at my daughter's house and one at mine. The experience was exceptional. The team was very professional, the price was right, and they left the property very clean. The radio controlled crane was used at my residence and it was quite a sight to watch. Highly recommend Greg for any tree trimming/removal needs.

Great company! I had a huge branch fall during high winds that wrecked my fence and was partly in my neighbors yard so I needed it gone ASAP. Called an left a message and Greg called right back within minutes. Sent him the pics and he gave a reasonable quote and said he could be here first thing in the morning. He had a big job in Boston already scheduled but he was able to show up nice and early at 7:30am as promised. Got the job done nice and quick, cleaned up and even had the wood chipper to get rid of everything. Greg is a stand up guy that really hooked me up and I definitely recommend him 100%. I'll use him again if I ever need it that's for sure.

After a windstorm a mature tree snapped and was hung up in another tree, a “Widow Maker”. It was leaning towards my neighbor’s driveway. Tree Plucker was referred to me and Greg sized up the situation and two days later the tree was down and the danger was gone. After he set up the truck, the tree was safely and efficiently down in under 15 minutes! Very smooth operation. Greg and his partner are great guys, friendly with a thorough explanation of a plan for the situation. …Thanks Guys

Greg and his team were great. They removed a huge dead tree from our yard, which is boxed in with several other lots and crossed by electric wires. They got everything done while we were at work, and our yard looked like no one was ever there—other than the tree being gone! Greg was also really friendly and helpful in figuring out the logistics of working in a city lot with no direct access. Highly recommend!

My daughter needed a tree removed as it was going to fall and cause damage if it did. Tree plucker was the best quote we received . Very reasonable. They did an amazing job the very next day in a short amount of time. This was a very large pine. Highly recommend the tree plucker. You won't be disappointed.
