Excellent service. These gentlemen were punctual, friendly, professional, and they did a great job, at a reasonable price! They cleaned our area rugs, our upholstered bar stools, and three sofas. They were able to get dirty pet stains out of an ivory linen sofa. All of the pieces look very clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend using them.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Stainbusters, and I couldn't be more impressed. The owner, Eric, was friendly, professional, and accommodating.

They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and treated my home with respect. They were efficient but thorough, and the difference in my carpets was immediate—stains I thought were permanent disappeared completely. The carpets smell fresh without any harsh chemical odors.

They stained my carpet when they treated it with a chemical that the claimed would remove a pet stain that was invisible to the eye. When we requested information on their damage insurance policy the owner Donna said they don’t cover insurance and refused to compensate foe the damage caused by her technician - very unprofessional

Horrible swears to his worker all day cut down the tree was supposed to come back tomorrow to cut up made an excuse can come over call them the next day he said he would come over never showed up would not recommend them. And does not have insurance

This company doesn't have insurance. Ask and be shown proof that his Insurance says L & S and or Bill is insured before letting them do work. He runs his business out of his girlfriend's trailblazer and lives in an apartment that he refuses to pay rent on. He also doesn't have a driver's license. **Buyer Beware** he takes deposits and doesn't finish work** Again this company is un-insured** don't do business with this guy!! Also he has no current business license ** He has guys with trucks that belong to other businesses that he has drive him around in to do work** he and his business were evicitcted from they're residency in December of 2017 for mom rent payment and he doesn't have a driver's license either.

He came and took down a rotting 100 year old silver maple, over my house. Didnt damage anything, quick, hard working. My parents even watched had it done quick! Getting an additional job done in the near future for another 100 year old silver maple. Miss the shade, but preventing damage to life and property is worth it! Strongly recommended!

Bill, his crew, and his service are impeccable beyond compare! He followed through with every promise, is very courteous, does phenomenal work and went above and beyond!! From start to finish I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of his work.

On March 8, 2017, Bill came out and looked at the job and gave me a quote of $1000.00. On March 9, 2017, I gave Bill the okay to do the job. He showed up a few weeks after and started the job. He stayed for a few hours and took down a couple of branches, and left for the day due to bad weather. I understand the snow and bad weather, but as of June 21, 2017 he has not completed the job. He gives me days and times he will finish and still has not completed the job. Oh, one big point, since I have known Bill since HS, i paid him in full in cash and he was paid the first day. Again, no communication, tells me he is waiting for his partner and never shows up. Gives me days and times and never shows up, never communicates any information. Excuses after excuses. I guess its time to go to small claims court!

Bill started our job on 5/20/18. He asked for money to pay his guys, which we gave him. He returned on 5/27/18 to continue the job, and we gave him more money. On Memorial Day, 5/28, he and crew arrived at 9AM, then left, and returned at 10AM. They quickly packed up everything and left without saying a word. I called his cell for over 2 weeks - the mailbox was always full. Finally able to leave messages, my husband and I did so almost every day since. A few times Bill texted that he would return "next week", but he never showed up. He has left us with huge piles of branches, huge cut tree pieces, and over 1/2 of our tree still standing. We are out a lot of money. We are senior citizens and cannot afford this loss, nor are we physically able to clean up the mess he left.

I cannot recommend Chem-Dry more highly for water damage cleanup! Our area had been hit by record breaking torrential rain on a Saturday. We came into our office on Monday morning to find collapsed ceiling tiles, soaked carpeting, and standing water on some of the desks. Chem-Dry responded immediately, brought in 3 large blowers and a huge dehumidifier. It took 3 days to finish the process, ending with a complete cleaning of our carpet. During that time they stopped in to check on progress and always called ahead to let us know when they'd arrive and they always arrived when they said they would -- or even sooner! The techs Joe and John were very pleasant to work with as was Sherry in the office. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Great person who was here to clean our carpets! He was very helpful and nice! I just didn’t get his name unfortunately but he was the best!!!!

Joe, the technician, was amazing. He was very personable and explained everything and answered all my questions. He did a great job! I would recommend Chem Dry if you need your carpets or furniture cleaned.
