We had our down feather couch and love seat cleaned by ChemDry. It was a great experience as they were able to arrive on the date and time that I chose. The technician, Tony, was wonderful. He called to let us know he was on the way, explained the entire process when he arrived and then went right to work. He was extremely personable, professional and efficient. The carpets at my new duplex were in somewhat rough shape, perhaps from showings, or maybe just from general wear and tear. However, my Chem Dry Technician Joe did a fantastic job in making the carpets look fresh again! He was efficient, professional and the price point can’t be matched. Very thankful

I have had my carpets cleaned by chem dry for over a decade. Tony was one of the best techs I have had. He cleaned my carpets on two occasions, including today, and did an excellent job. I have an old carpet in one of the bedrooms which gets very harsh use and he cleaned it up surprisingly well.. He also did a great job on some dining room chairs with 30 year old upholstery. I will be contacting chem dry for another carpet cleaning within the next 6 months and I hope they will send Tony!

I could not believe how long since my last carpet cleaning - BEFORE the Coronavirus shut down!!! Can you believe that was over 5 years ago!
I'm glad I got it done. My house smells GREAT, it's no longer musty smelling!!! Alan S., was a gentleman. He was kind, considerate and did a thorough job. I'll be calling today to schedule an appointment for my mother's house! I had about a total of 1200 square feet done with deodorizing and stain protection. 5+ rooms and stairs.

I emailed requesting a quote for my sectional couch (dog got sick on it, I tried cleaning it), received a call within a couple hours and scheduled appointment for following day. Arrived on time, did a fantastic job and was unshaken when my dog burst into house! Great attitude and will use them yearly and recommend them to everyone! Thank you!!

Cleaner arrived promptly, assessed the carpet and the stain and cautioned me about risk of falling if I stepped off the wet carpet onto a dry surface. He proceeded to efficiently clean the carpet, removing the stain. I found the cleaner to be pleasant and professional.

I had two area rugs, a wall to wall bedroom carpet, and hardwood floors that needed to be cleaned. They did an excellent job. I could not believe how bright my carpet looked after they were finished. I will be using them for all my shampooing needs in the future.

Joe was fantastic! Professional and did exceptional work. We had our white carpets, chairs, and leather couch cleaned. They look brand new and that’s something to say since with 2 black labs. Will for sure be using again in the future.

Brendan thoroughly cleaned the carpets of our bedrooms, family room, formal living room, hallway and stairs. I must admit that during covid and after, I hadn't had the time to have it cleaned until yesterday. I give the guy credit for doing it all by himself and in a timely manner.
