I would give City of Good Maids 5 stars because I am truly impressed with the cleaning work they did, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.

My family (my husband, my mother-in-law, and I) had been searching for a long time for someone who could clean our home within our budget. Every other agency we contacted charged a lot for deep cleaning, and the process was always long and complicated. We had to contact them, schedule an appointment, and then wait for them to come to our home just to give us an estimate.

With City of Good Maids, the process was quick and efficient. I called them on a Sunday evening and spoke to Chriss. He asked me to send pictures of our home so his team could review them and provide an estimate. I did that, and in less than an hour, Chriss got back to me with a very reasonable quote.

I requested that the deep cleaning be scheduled for the very next day, as we had guests coming in a couple of days. I was so happy that Chriss was able to send his team for deep cleaning the very next day—and they did a fantastic job! No wonder they maintain 5 stars on their reviews on Google.

The team consisted of two Spanish cleaning ladies and a man named Nick. I was so pleased with how thorough they were, cleaning every nook and corner we requested. For example, in the laundry room, I asked Nick to clean the floor in a spot that’s hard for us to reach, and he did it perfectly. In the kitchen, one of the Spanish ladies moved the stove out and cleaned it from every corner, inside and out. We’ve been using that stove for almost four years, and she cleaned it so well that it looked brand new.
In the bathroom, the cleaning lady used products that made the sink look flawless, spotless, and free of any mold. My family is really satisfied with their work.

I’m so glad I contacted this company for deep cleaning. Nick was especially polite and communicated with us throughout the process to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The two Spanish ladies were also very hardworking and efficient, though there was a bit of a language barrier—one of them didn’t speak much English, and the other was a bit quiet. Despite this, their work was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

I used this company for a deep clean before some family came into town and they also organized a very cluttered room I had. I cannot say enough about this company! They were on time, friendly and my house came out perfect! My cluttered room was very organized and cleaned as well. John the owner was on hand cleaning as well. John shampooed my carpets and cleaned my furniture! I will continue to use them for maintenance. It appears to be a start up company for this young man and I wish him all the best! I think we should all give him a chance! You will not be disappointed!

Please, if you want your home cleaned down to the last detail this is the company you want to do it for you. I can't possibly state how satisfied I was with them. I had a deep cleaning service done. Their communication with you from beginning to end is superior. Their attention to small details are on point. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would. There were no hidden fees either. They are licensed, insured and bonded as well. A bonus was they are very kind and courteous people.
You will never find a better cleaning crew than this. I can't possibly thank them enough. Look no further when hiring a cleaning crew than City of good Maids. You will be glad you found them I know I sure am.

Am giving 5 stars because 10 aren't available!!! Ladies showed up on time despite road conditions not favorable due to weather! Friendly. Respectful. Immediately started cleaning the designated rooms I wanted cleaned. Appliances in kitchen look new!!! Everything shines! I can't say enough about the ladies or the service!!! I had a deep clean done and will absolutely have them back!

The crew came in and did a whole house cleaning. My husband did woodwork in the basement and it came out clean needed a touch up after the fact but took care of it immediately. The house is cleaner and dust bunny free! It’s a great feeling!!! Every single person has been a pleasure to work with. The crew were professional and great to work with!!
