First time to use City of Good Maids. Did a Deep clean and the two very polite, very professional, detailed young woman went above and beyond my expectations. I will look forward to having Gladys and Caitlin back again. The quality of their work was superb and most of all I felt a sense of total trustworthy being in my home for the first time.

I have used this clean service for a few months now. It seems that they get better at cleaning my house each month they are here. I never have to worry that they will miss things that I want done, They come once every two weeks. Which is good for what my husband and I need being handicapped they always respect my wishes, always do their best to clean my house the way I like it to be done. If I ever have an issue they address the situation. without a problem. Thank you John for your new employee, Jackie, she’s Cleaning our home so nice. She's a quick learner so far everything I’ve wanted done she’s handle very well.

City of good maids came out to do a full move in clean for me and I am so happy with the results. They were first extremely accommodating; I called them on a Friday after my original cleaning service was unable to make my request, they were able to come out the following Monday. I use City of Good Maids for bi-weekly standard house cleaning. My housekeeper, Jen, is fantastic! She’s efficient and thorough, open to hearing (and complying with) any requests, has a bright and positive personality, and frequently goes above and beyond. I love having her help, and I highly recommend City of Good Maids.

I had my mother’s home deep cleaned as a holiday gift. The staff were so sweet and professional. They worked very hard all day, were attentive to what my mother asked for and had an incredible attention to detail, cleaning hard to reach places. Will definitely use them again.

I found this company through Google, and took a shot, and I’m so happy that I did.
I had hired another person that was commuting here from Batavia, but always had excuses, and I couldn’t count on them, and they only did an average job.
I called and spoke to Dan one of the owners, and he was just a great guy and genuine and open and that intrigued me, so I gave them a shot. They showed up with a two-person crew [Ricardo and Kayla], to perform a deep clean on my home. They were amazing. They took care of my home as if it was their own. When Kayla had to leave earlier than expected, one of the other owners, John showed up, and he jumped right in and really helped with my house. This shows really good character, which is most important, when you allow someone into your home.
I was so impressed by their commitment, I decided to hire them for biweekly cleaning. Today was the first day. I had amazing results. Kayla, who was assigned here, is an unbelievably hard worker, and meticulous with what she does. On top of that, she’s pleasant, and extremely polite.
This service is not inexpensive. You pay for what you get. I’ve had a lot of people work on my house over the years, and it’s rare when you find someone who takes pride in their work. This group wants to get it right. Hire them. You will not be disappointed.

We had a deep clean done today for my birthday and I could not be happier with the results!! My house looks amazing. Communication with the company was fantastic, and the girls were very nice. I would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future!

City of good maids is great! Jenna and Ricardo were so kind and helpful and did a wonderful job on my kitchen and bathroom. They did a great job decluttering my cardboard and trash too. Definitely will get them back again.

Jenna was very professional and thorough! My wood floors are sparkling and the snow/salt trails are finally gone. The products she used also smell amazing. My whole downstairs smells so fresh and clean! Would highly recommend.

Dalma did an amazing job cleaning the apartment! They came to our rescue last minute as the company that we originally hired for cleaning scammed us. Within an hour, she was there to get the job done! Very professional and made sure that everything is how we wanted! Will definitely use their services again!! Gracias Dalma!!
