Very expensive- over $700 for 3.5 hours. Lots of uncleaned areas in a small house. The cleaners themselves were pleasant.

Hands down the best cleaning service I've personally ever hired, meticulous, courteous, and all around professional, this is the only cleaning service I will be hiring in the foreseeable future, 5 stars, no doubt in my mind.

First off what a amazing company and there professionalism is a whole new level, we hired Magic Assistants For our wedding planner for the day of, and what a breeze it made it, the owner Tammy reached out the a few days before to let us know our vendors where contacted and everyone was on track, the day of couldn’t have went any better, if there was a issue we didn’t know about it, they made sure everything ran smooth and in a timely manner and kept us on track... thank you guys for a wonderful experience and making our day special.

This is my FAMILY! Tammy Morshed is my sister in law. Latavia Santiago is my daughter in law. I am MOST BRUTAL when it comes to CLEANLINESS!! Nobody could ever clean my house according to my standards. However, if I were too sick to clean it, I would only allow my sister in law and daughter in law to do it. Also my niece, Desirae Morshed. I would not have to check anything when they were finished. I would not have to bend over and examine underneath the toilet rim, to make sure that it was scrubbed properly. My sister in law also trains each and everyone of her employees to uphold the same standards. Otherwise, they would not be employed. So I called this place to see if they offered appliance deep cleaning as stated on the website and not only did they tell me they don't do the job I needed done, but they told me it could not be done. Well that was a blatant lie because I have done it myself. After the person who answered the phone called me "hun" twice and "sweetie" (after I told her my name) I was just about done. Long story short, if your company does not offer a service then just say that, don't lie to a potential customer. They just may give you a bad review. Terrible customer service. Very condescending and down right unprofessional. Will never do business with them EVER!

Im truly impressed and so very happy with the services I received. The customer service over the phone was nice & easy going. The team that cleaned - Im singing their praises. My bathroom & kitchen are spotless. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Im surely now a repeat customer.

I received Magic Assistants at my house in Niagara Falls on May 23rd. It was supposed to be a three person "deep cleaning" for two hours.

The two women who showed up did a decent job on the bathroom, but it wasn't a deep cleaning.

They also left after one hour claiming that because of a few small roaches in the bathroom, they couldn't stay. At no point in the initial or follow up call did they say that would be a deal breaker. They also said they had other clients, despite being booked for a certain period of time.

I waited three weeks for this?

They arrived an hour late, I had to call and ask when they would be arriving. The receptionist told me she called and left me a voicemail at 9am to inform me of the delay, she did nothing of the sort. There was still toothpaste all over my sinks and faucets and hair on the bathroom floors. I had to ask them to go back and clean it. I had to leave for a short while, so my nanny stayed while they finished the house. When I got home I discovered that they didn’t even clean my guest bathroom down stairs. Would not recommend!!!

This agency does everything it can to help the customer. I had a remodeling job due to a flood and they have graciously changed and adapted to my crazy schedule so kindly and with compassion. They do a great job and would recommend them highly!

AWESOME COMPANY. I called Monday morning looking for a last minute cleaner since my initial person flaked and I was squeezed in a 4 pm slot the same day. The 3 ladies did an amazing job and offered to come back to finish some things no extra charge! Very kind, very efficient and worth the price. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be calling them for any future cleaning needs. A++++

I am the Office Manager for a company in Buffalo and I cannot express how happy we are with Magic Assistants! The team literally dusts everything which is a HUGE plus for us due to prior cleaning companies not paying attention to details. Other cleaners do a good job the first 2 times and then just don't care after that. I highly recommend!
