We needed help with the lawn care due to illness. The call center was a real person and very helpful in answering questions. Marc reached out to answer any additional questions or concerns. The process was easy. They came as scheduled, did a great job. Would recommend.

Just about everything was going well during the regular landscaping season. Augusta is the only landscaping company I ever had that did not come on a set day. Add to this, coming unannounced made it difficult to let our dogs in the backyard as they have escaped before and wandered the neighborhood (one dog is deaf). Outside of this, everything was going well and our lawn was looking better. Then came the winter service. I was provided an estimate to which I signed my approval and paid x amount every 2 weeks for Augusta to come and provide their winter services, which included cleanup of all our hostas. Every landscaper we ever had cleaned up the hostas at the end of the regular season during fall cleanup. Augusta did not complete this until mid March. They did shovel our driveway during the snowstorms, which I am grateful for. I completely understand we had a bad winter this year, with several snowstorms and ice that would not leave for weeks. At the end of the winter season (end of March), there were still 2 services Augusta was responsible to complete. I called the office and reminded them of this, I was told since it's the end of the winter season, they cannot complete this and if I still want the services, I would have to pay for them again. SERIOUSLY?!? I paid for your services, you don't show up for weeks (with/without the snowstorms), complete some of the jobs very late in the season, then you won't complete what you stated in the estimate which I agreed to and have the audacity to charge me again?? But it was perfectly fine to bill me every 2 weeks, right? Augusta came to my house maybe 3 times throughout the winter season, 4 at the most. But you charged me for 8-9 biweekly sessions that you did not show up for. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I terminated their services immediately and requested a follow up call as I was understandably very upset. No phone call, complete avoidance. Stay clear from this company, and never fully trust reviews you read on the internet, they could be made up from family, friends and fake accounts.
