Frankie and Alan were the best and helped me with a critical chimney safety issue in a very professional and timely manner! I would definitely recommend them for any chimney needs. They did an excellent job on my new chimney liner making my boiler much safer and dealt with very difficult structural issues in my house!

In the past I would have given this company a 5 star review. However after a recent experience, they do not deserve more than a 2 star review. When booking my appt for myself and some other neighbors, I was quoted one fee and wrote out my check ahead of time for that fee. I gave my check to the technician but then he went to my neighbor and charged her $50 more!!! (I was originally quoted the cheaper fee which is why my check was written out for the lesser amount) He did nothing different than in my apt but when I called the office I was told that was their fee!!!! I called sometime afterward again and was told that was their fee, I got a “bargain” and what do I want them to do? An apology to my neighbor, charge me more money? What? I told them they should credit my neighbor the $50 but they won’t do it nor could I get a word in edgewise!!! They will never see another penny if my money or anyone rise in my development! (My neighbor is an elderly woman hence that is why I was handling the situation)

Allan and Matt came right on time, did a through inspection of my firebox and chimney. We’re honest in what needed to be done and conducted through cleaning. Highly recommend!!
