Had an excellent experience with this service. The technician who cleaned our chimney was thorough and efficient. The job was done quickly and neatly. Highly recommend!

I thought they did a good job at first. But they said we needed a chimney liner so I got more quotes. Through this process I found out that them cleaning our chimney apparently only included from the fireplace up. They did not clean the chimney from the basement upwards. Buyer beware that you apparently have to ASK to have your ENTIRE chimney cleaned 🙄

Editing to add no one asked me which chimney I was scheduling to have cleaned (clearly I would want the entire chimney cleaned/how would I even know if they’re together or separate?).

These guys were super professional and super quick. They didn’t take more than one hour to complete the entire cleaning. More importantly they didn’t try to tell me I needed to replace a brand new pipe or do brickwork like some other competitors.

Great experience! Easy to schedule, showed up right on time and the crew that did the inspection and cleaning were so friendly. Gave us some recommendations for the future but didn’t pressure us into unnecessary service. Chimneys are spotless, safe and ready for winter. Thank you!

Guys arrived on time, plus we got a text saying they were on their way. That’s a very nice touch.
The two men were friendly and super careful in our house. They made efforts to make sure they did not track in dirt or leaves. They were thorough and explained what they were doing. They showed us pictures of the inside of the chimney and further explained what was or was not possible future issues. All in all, a very good experience. We highly recommend.

Easy to schedule and arrived on time. Didn’t push the most expensive option another company had suggested. Instead Claudio provided a more thoughtful solution that I think makes a lot more sense, at a fraction of the price vs what someone else suggested. Had the technical knowledge to answer all my questions and walk me through everything. Haven’t had work done yet (can update this review after), but initial meeting left me with good feeling.
