This company is the BEST in Air Duct Cleaning! I would not use other company. The work is stellar. Excellent before and after pictures and great price. Instantly my air is so much better! Also be sure to add your laundry duct as well. They do a wonderful job. I am very satisfied and will continue to use Lowe's Air Duct Clearning on a regular basis.

Javier and his partner were very polite and hard working. They came when a bad storm was rolling in and they remained thorough and didn’t rush the job even being sure to not track a drop of water in as they ran in and out to the truck. They were in the backyard cleaning the dryer vent in the pouring rain with no complaints. 10/10 service and the air in our house feels cleaner and smoother already.

Last year was the first time using Lowe’s to clean out our air ducts and dryer vent. They came highly recommended from a neighbor. We live in a newly constructed condo and wanted to have any construction debris removed from our vents. Lowe’s did a wonderful job. We called to have a dryer vent cleaned again since it very close to the roof. Lowe’s came yesterday and remove a ton of lint that had gathered in the vent. Great service. They send reminders, call before coming and never leave a mess.

Reasonable transparent costs, easy scheduling and good communication leading all the way up to the appointment. Tech was on time and professional. He explained the air duct cleaning process and did a great job. Took one star off because several rooms had debris from the duct cleaning that was not cleaned up. Overall happy with the experience and would use again.

We called Lowe's after getting a recommendation from a neighbor and were incredibly pleased by the professionalism and quality of the work they did. The technician that visited us was a man named Alex, very courteous and completed the job quickly and showed us before/after photos as well as explaining everything he was going to do along the way and pausing to answer any questions.

We will definitely use them again - highly recommend.

They were able to get me in quickly and the technician did a nice job and communicated well with me. The only complaint I have is that it would have been nice if they swept/vacuumed the area immediately in front of the ducts where the debris was blown out as part of the cleaning process. That would have taken them to five stars.

Lowe’s duct cleaning provided great service and did an amazing job- I would highly recommend them.. The crew provided before and after pictures- I never knew how gross my ducts were. The crew was very professional, courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend them. Also, there were no hidden fees or attempts at up charging - the price advertised was the price- something I appreciate.

Was originally scheduled for a morning appointment but something came up. I called and was rescheduled for that same evening which was awesome! Our serviceman Byron called 40 minutes before arrival which was nice. He arrived at the time he stayed on the phone and promptly went to work. I believe the service was around 2 1/2 hours for a 1550 sq ft home. My husband said I wouldn’t have wanted to see what was in the vents but we were probably close to a house fire so I’ll take his word for it. I also want to mention that I contacted this company in November of 2023 for a quote and was given and amazing rate however the holidays came quickly and a lot of school events since then so I hadn’t had time to schedule. I reached back out at the end of February and was told they would honor the quote from November!! That was incredible customer service in my opinion.. the price was too good to pass up. We desperately needed the service but others were quoting way out of our budget. I’m thankful I found Lowe’s and I’m glad they honor their prices! Excellent company and great service!

I thought the job was great as far as cleaning the ducts. However I am incredibly disgusted at the fact that he cut a very large hole in my furnace. I had offered to move something out of the way. I was never told that he was gonna cut a hole in the Front of my furnace!! I am incredibly disgusted at that. He covered it with duct tape and said he would come back later this week and put a piece of metal over it. I am still annoyed beyond measure that that was even done without my permission. If that was even a suggestion, I would have certainly moved the object out of the way and pulled the filter out so that he could access it from there. He told me he was going to cut a hole in the duct, which made sense. But at no point did he tell me he was going to cut a large hole in the front panel of my furnace!! And the metal burrs are still there and very sharp!! I simply cannot tell you how disgusted I am. I was recommending services all day long until I saw this.

I found Lowes' air duct cleaning through Google Guarantee but the experience is quite disappointing:

First, I used Lowe's air duct cleaning service on 05/12. After the crew left, I had to clean up the duct on the floors.
Then, The temperature dropped on 05/17 and 18. I found out the furnace was not working. So I called PSEG to fix it
Today 05/18, the technician from PSEG came and opened the furnace to investigate. He showed me the below picture. The duck is not clean at all. Also the air filter is full of dust.

Is this what Google Guarantee can guarantee the service?

My perception about Lowe's and Google guarantee were totally turned around after I experience how Lowe's rectified the reported issue.

Once I reported to them, another team responded immediately and came to re-do the cleaning. After it, I was invited to look at the details where they didn't do it right the first time.

A couple days later, I received several phone calls from Lowe's who was trying to refund the clean charge since they didn't do it right the first time, which is supposed to be their company quality standard.

Hope someone read my review will reach the same conclusion: that mistake happens, more important it's the mindset and attitude to deal with it. Lowe's treated this as a lesson learnt and an opportunity to improve their internal quality insurance process. That's totally beyond my expectation!!!

Got several notices of upcoming appointment which was appreciated. The technician was right on time and was mindful abt telling us where and when the vacuum hoses were so no tripping.

Left premises exactly how he found them. Cost was also very reasonable. Will use again in the future.

The dryer-vent cleaning techs were fast, neat, professional, friendly, courteous and skilled. Cost was $249. The price was worth it, especially because the cleaning was long overdue; it was scheduled very quickly; the service was fast; and the goal of fire prevention was critically important.
