Don't bother with these folks. They no-show the appointment, and then refuse to return phone calls. Find someone more reliable.

We happened to see Lowe's at a neighbors and asked if they could stop by ours for a quick dryer vent cleaning. The gentleman was really courteous and did his job quickly and thoroughly (letting me see his work too - there as more lint than I thought). Would definitely use Lowe's again.

Camilo came out and cleaned our ducts and did an excellent job. He was friendly and unobtrusive in the house. He did an awesome job cleaning our vents and ducts, which was a bog job as I don't think the previous owners had ever had them cleaned. Pictures of before and after were provided and they were 10x better! They also sanitized the ducts and cleaned out the dryer vent. I would highly recommend them!

Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning my house ducts. Jose Medina, who did the work, was very careful and detailed while doing the duct cleaning. he went to all vent opening staring from top floor bedrooms, removing furniture, cleaning the vent covers and cleaning all the vent ducts. He completed all ducts from top floor, main floor and basement in about 4 hours. Wonderful job, Jose Medina and I recommend him for Lowe's Air duct cleaning services.

These folks are awesome. Belman has cleaned our drier vents for two years in a row and we love him. He was also able to determine that our overall vents needed to be cleaned (not upselling, but rather just an observation - and showing us why this was recommended), and we will call next year to have him come out and take care of that! I'm a picky home owner and I trust him, and Lowe's, completely.

Bruno was awesome! He is super knowledgeable and kind. He is professional and does the job right, he makes sure that he is not over charging the customer for services that are not needed. He cleaned my HVAC system that was not cleaned by a previous owner and my dryer vents as well. He did he phenomenal job and he is passionate about his work. Great experience at a low price. I took advantage of their $395.00 unlimited vent/return deal they were offering at the time. The tech showed up on time, was polite, and thoroughly cleaned when he was done. Will use again next time.

Called ahead of time prior to arrival and was very professional. Javier even took it a notch up and pointed out my dryer duct had detached and it was a quick and easy fix. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and for future use.
