Javier was very thorough when he came and cleaned the ductwork in my house. He took his time make sure everything was done, and show me the pictures before and after pictures. I recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

Camilo was on time, professional and went straight to work after he was shown where all the vents were located. Hardworking and a very thorough young man, brought in all of his equipment needed to do the job. Just make sure that you clear all access spaces to the vents, dryer ventilation & boiler room for him to do his job you hired him to do.
Now all my ventilation is cleaned, he changed the filters we already had on hand, we are breathing in better air quality, and my central air is running cooler...
Yes, I would use this company again and refer them to my neighbors.

**UPDATE**
On the first visit he wasn't able to complete the dryer ventilation cleaning due to my dryer vent booster fan motor not working. Camilo said no worries just call back when it's repaired & I'll come back.
That's exactly what happened, he came back to complete the work and did an EXCELLENT JOB!!! I've had other companies come in the past to do the job but NOTHING as GOOD as this company. Now I know better on how it has to been done properly. With ALL the right tools, equipment & professionals that LOWE'S has to offer... they are a keeper in my book!

We used Lowe’s for our dryer vent cleaning. Not only were they on time, and professional, but the two gentlemen cleaned the vent and repaired it as it was not installed correctly. The builder taped the venting and Lowe’s permanently secured the vent and left everything in better condition than when they arrived. The price was excellent and would used this company again. I have been burned by other companies who either did not show up to do a job; took a deposit and then delayed on doing the job; and just doing a rush, half job. First let me say, the young man who came out was very nice and professional. However, he could not get the outside vent cover off so he had to try and clean the bathroom exhaust fan from the inside. He took the cover of the fan off and vacuumed what he could whatever was behind it. The result is that one side of the fan has more suction than before, but there is still no suction from the other side.
Bruno, the second person who came after Lowe's responded promptly to our first review, completed the work, explained exactly how this unit worked, and the result was a definite improvement. We are satisfied. Thank you.

Not sure who took our call to set the appt but the good experience started there with a educated assessment of what we needed, and an appt was only out 2 days! Alex was our tech and he was amazing--super efficient, detailed work. Super communicative---job was done in less than 4 hours. We had a major flood and repairs in the club basement and the reconstruction added tons of dust---Lowes of Towson left it 100% corrected. No reason to ever go elsewhere

In and out within a couple hours & the proof is in the pudding in the before and after photos. Price is very fair as well!

I called around to a few places and this was the first to a) answer their phone and b) offer a flat rate package that was *really* flat rate. Very reasonable for something that only has to be done every 3 years. Oswaldo and his assistant texted me and called to let me know their ETA. They were polite, efficient, quiet and did a very nice job. I work from home and did not find the process disruptive at all. The house smelled *marvelous* when they were done. I highly recommend them!

My wife & i were extremely impressed with the performance of the employees of Lowes Air Duct Cleaning & in the manor of which the work was performed. They vacuumed the duct work made sure to prep & clean all areas once there were finished. Then we had the system AEROSEALED they they walked us through the entire procedure & did a wonderful job the difference went from a 250 leak percentage in the ductwork to a 25. The airflow difference is amazing & will help with heating & cooling our home along with lowering our electric bill. We would recommend them all day. 5 stars across the board.

Juan was extremely capable, with no fuss at all, he completed the job in about 2 hours, and he was super attentive in warning us every time with walked around the cables, he didn't want us to get hurt. They quoted a price in the phone and that was the price we paid, no hidden fees. Today I don't have my usual allergy that always hits me when I wake up.
