I had a wonderful experience. The technician was prompt, very polite and knowledgeable. He found the problem in the attic right away and took pictures to show me. He dealt with the problem efficiently. He cleaned up after himself and now my dryer works great and I’m not afraid my house will catch fire! I will definitely use this company again!

I must say this company is amazing. This is my second time having my air dryer vents cleaned by Amazon air duct and dryer vent and they did such an great job. They are always on time, give you a great price for the work and very friendly service. I will see you again for my dryer vent cleaning next year.

Everything was great from the moment I called. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was kept updated on arrival time. We had had birds in our dryer vent and needed it cleaned and to have a bird guard installed. It was very quick and the technician kept me updated the entire time. He was able to show me before and after photos and I couldn’t be happier with the service!

We had gas dryer venting cleaned. Initially also contracted to do gas fireplace cleaning but he said we didn’t need it and didn’t charge for it. Very knowledgeable, helpful and did a great job.

We had Amazon Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning come out, and it was hands down the best experience I’ve had with a home service company. Taras, our technician, was fantastic—friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained every step of the process and showed us before-and-after photos so we could see the difference. An all-around great experience with Amazon.
They've been very communicative and available all throughout the process, which I appreciated. And Terry, the tech who cleaned the ducts, was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He walked me through the whole house showing me the separate systems and explaining how they work and where the issues may be. He opened each unit to show me the debris that needed clearing, and all the while explained what he was doing and why. He even took before-and-after photos and videos throughout the process and shared them with me while he worked.
