Dillion from Amazon did a great job in cleaning and sanitizing my HVAC ducts and dryer vent. He was professional and courteous in getting the job done. I found him to be very helpful in explaining the various issues with my system and then resolving them. He showed me before and after photos of the work he did and he kept me informed every step of the way. He was prompt and cleaned up after working on my various air return and general ducts. I would highly recommend Dillion and Amazon.

Terry is excellent. Super knowledgeable, and a great guy. We were going to have our hvac and dryer vent serviced but due to temps and future remodels suggested we wait on hvac until after work, which we’re doing. Pic is just what was pulled out from dryer vent servicing.

I called Amazon Air Duct Cleaning on a Friday. I needed my dryer vent cleaned and my chimney too. They scheduled me the following day which I appreciated. The technician, Dillon Roberts, was running late but called to let me know and then arrived when he said he would. He came In (took off his shoes ) and went right to work. He was efficient, (and cleaned up afterwards) and he explained the process to me. Dillon took before and after pictures which he showed me. The price was reasonable in my opinion. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Dillon Roberts.

I needed a chimney cleaning ASAP as the smell of soot was driving me crazy. I called at 9am, they scheduled me for a 1-3pm timeslot same-day and Dillon called to check to see if he could come early, which was perfect. By 12pm my chimney was good as new! Super nice guy, very professional and polite and it was the easiest and quickest booking.

What stood out the most was his honesty. He didn’t charge me for something that didn’t actually need work, which not everyone would do. He took the time to give me a thorough explanation of what he did and reassured me that my air ducts and HVAC system are in great condition.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. I can only give it a three on the install and a big fat for customer care. There’s something very wrong with this company.

Positively the most inept/bumbling HVAC company bar none! Don’t even think about calling or using them for anything. If you do, you’ll regret it and may as well have just handed the guy the money for nothing because the work is substandard at best. Al has messed up several jobs of other people I know and can’t be relied upon to come and fix anything even if it’s only been a few days afterward. The man got his license out of a Cracker Jack box. It will be nothing but a headache for you.I could go on and on, but I think you get my point. He should be out of business. STAY AWAY! Let me add one more statement, that any reviews you see with five stars must be written by friends, family, or people who haven't a clue about Al Broccolis's inadequacy of being a professional of any kind.

Alpha Omega Heating & Cooling Inc. company installed a new furnace promptly when our old one died. Also put in an air conditioner. Their service was fine. My only problem was with a lack of communication regarding if and when they would arrive to work. They improved when I asked them to please inform me.

Alpha Omega installed a new furnace after ours gave up. It took them one day to try and fix the old one and one day to come and install a new one (on a saturday no less!). Communication was clear and constant during the period, the work was done professionally and quickly, all questions answered and a clear maintenance plan created. I am very happy with their work and recommend it to others.

Avoid .Did a fantastic job on the first project installing a new boiler. Was so pleased with the boiler installation, decided to hire them again for a second project, for the installation of split systems. Unlike the first time, the communication for the second project was spotty. Firstly, it took many many phone calls and texts to get them to reply, and then they would keep making appointments and not show up. When the day of the installation was finally scheduled, day laborers came and started installing splits In random locations without consultation. They had no clear plan, despite my previous conversations with their boss. So they had to come and take the split systems down and reinstall them in new more logical locations, leaving many holes in the walls of my house, which had to be repaired later.
After the first year of the split systems, it was a complete struggle to make an appointment for a preventative maintenance visit. It took many many phone calls and texts to get them to reply, and then there were many missed appointments, and when they finally performed the service, one of the splits still leaked afterwards.
After the second year of the split system, it was the same story when trying call and arrange a preventative maintenance visit. But this time, I barely got a response. They asked if Friday was good and then didn’t show up. I eventually had to go with a different company.

AVOID! Originally had a good experience with Allan, had a furnace installed about a year ago. However, when it stopped working, he was nowhere to be found. Has repeatedly sent our calls to voicemail, not answered our texts and left us without heat. Was also previously very rude when we had a question about our HVAC after install, Zero customer care!

AVOID at all costs. Allan Broccoli cuts corners and does not honor his warranty if he thinks the repair will cost him real money. I have a date in White Plains Small Court for a claim in excess of $3,000. He has a friendly face on installation quotes but his team in inferior and unreliable. His joint on my Heat Pump used solder to save a few buck. It leaked and I lost all my FREON in the first year. He would not come back to fix it as he know what it would cost him. I had to hire another firm to I fix my broken brand new equipment and did not even have the Heat Pump to use all winter. Don’t let his reasonable quotes on equipment sway you. Not worth it if he won’t do a good job and won’t come back to honor his warranty. His A team installers all quit and he is now left without knowledgeable staff.
