I’ve tried to call and deal with multiple other chimney companies / people and was always very disappointed but I couldn’t be more satisfied with this company. They have people who actually answer the phones, they send technicians out right away & they send you estimates timely. They came today and installed my electric insert fireplace after lots of time and information given to me by their assistant on the phone and I’m super happy with the end result. They gave me all of my options and then came right on time and were done quickly and everything was clean and no issues. Highly recommend

I have operated my wood stove for 10 years, sometimes I need a mid season cleaning. I had smoke coming out of joints inside house and chimney was not drawing indicating flue and chimney cap build up. I was suspicious when they did not clean chimney cap or take apart stove pipe inside house. Started fire tonight did not draw well from get go when I put paper in to heat box started coming in room (not normal), one I got a small fire started it was not drawing once it got hot, then I saw smoke was coming out of seams in stove pipe inside house. I pulled out logs and cleaned box. $300 rip off.

2 guys in their early 20's year old showed up for my chimney inspection. They used cell phones to take a picture of the flue. Then they went on the roof to inspect the pointing of the chimney and not the inside of the chimney....the important part of a chimney inspection. I have serious doubts about thoroughness of this inspection. I really didn't learn one thing about the safety of the chimney that I didn't know before the inspection because I also used my cell phone to have a look. They didn't bring flashlights or a bore scope. No condition report, no safety report, just an estimate of a little work that needed to be done which frankly just seemed like a "nice to have". I'll have to hire another Company to have a proper safety inspection/cleaning.

The work was excellent. Great care was taken to see that my home stayed clean and neat while the work was being done. Lovely people to have in my home.

Claudio the owner is super professional, and Lesley the coordinator was fantastic / so accommodating to our changes. Lastly, Javier the installer did a wonderful job managing the project. Every single person was professional and thorough with their job. Can’t recommend them enough. All around everything was explained from start to finish, the crew was very respectful and careful in our house.

Our fireplace is VERY old, and they did a terrific job cleaning, inspecting, and offering us a quote. There is a lot of work to be done, but we hope to have them back in the fall. I was so impressed with their equipment, and especially with how clean everything was from start to finish. They used a diagram to illustrate their work as they went, and I really felt involved with the entire process. Jenni from their office has been communicating with me since we started this months ago, and her attention to detail is remarkable. The men who came to do the work were just as professional and impressive. I really hope we will be able to use them again soon.
