Worst service ever. The technician visited and ordered a new part, came again in 2 weeks and replaced the part and said wait for 24 hours for a full cycle but it’s still not working and now not responding to calls nor providing service

My service man was very professional and did a great job diagnosing and repairing the washer.

The service was great once he arrived , but it took 10 days for someone to come.
