A few days before Christmas, I had a flood in my bathroom which not only affected my apartment but also those below me. Someone had recommended Servpro. They scheduled me immediately.
From start to finish, the staff helped me navigate each step of the mitigation. I’m so grateful to everyone involved but would like to especially thank Amanda, Gio, John, Kissenia, Guadalupe and everyone who worked in my home. You all greatly improved an incredibly stressful situation.

The demo work, removing mold-infiltrated bathroom ceiling and overlying insulation from a prior roof leak, was done quickly and cleanly. The restoration work, lead by Carlos Medoza, was efficiently and carefully done as well. The company was very accommodating of my scheduling needs. I highly recommend this company.

Great company with excellent response times. Very informative, the whole team really knows what they are doing. They work with the insurance company to get the job done right. Fast, friendly, and thorough.

They original offered a price then went back and doubled this price based on a closet inside of a room. In addition they did no regularly communicate with updates on work or steps required. They later located additional work and tripled in cost

I just called this business to come wet vac a flood that I am having today due to all this rain. The man on the phone quoted me $4500.00. I had a man here the other day that’s not available they charge me $50.00 I guess I’ll have to wait for him to come by later and I don’t usually write reviews. This is insane.

The project manager assigned to our job did not arrive at the scheduled time, nor call us to let us know she was on an emergency site. While I can understand her inability to notify us, her dispatch knew she was detained, also had access to the schedule, and did not call us either.
