We lost power on the day after New Year's Day, I contacted the company and spoke with Mike who assisted with scheduling emergency service call and provided pricing for approval. Minutes later he called me back and stated Raymond would be arriving within minutes to my location. Raymond was punctual and knowledgeable, diagnosing the problem and correcting it in under 30 minutes. My interaction with both Mike and Raymond was very positive, these guys are the REAL DEAL professionals and would definitely recommend them anytime. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!

I needed a new panel breaker and outlet installed for a dryer. Mike was patient and clear in explaining what needed to be done, the options and costs and was extremely accommodating regarding scheduling. The electricians were on time, professional and polite and did a really impressive job, despite some complications due to pipes behind the wall where the new wiring needed to go. Though the job was more difficult and time consuming because of this, Mike did his best to stick close to the estimate initially provided. I'm really pleased with the work and would definitely give Mike and Macintosh a call next time I needed an electrician.

I recently had a transfer switch installed by Macintosh Electric. The whole process was very easy. The guys in the office were very professional. The electrician who came to do the work or likewise very professional.

They answered all my questions before during an after the installation. And even advise that they used 30 amp wiring to accommodate future expansion rather than using wiring with less capacity. To me that is the mark of true professionalism. I have worked with Macintosh before, and would be very happy to work with them again in the future.
