I experienced a power outage in my home on June 28 during the late evening hours. On Sunday morning, I called Macintosh Electric and spoke with Michael. He not only listened carefully to the issue I was experiencing, but he was also able to set up one of his workers, Raymond, to come and fix the problem. From the Initial phone call to getting the issue repaired, it took 2 1/2 hours and I must emphasize, this was on a Sunday. When you're facing an emergency, especially when it comes to electricity, you want a vendor who listens to your problem and resolves it as quickly as possible, particularly during these hot summer days. I found Macintosh Electric to be very responsive, quick, and easy to work with. I can see why they have been in business for such a long time.

They scheduled the work the next day. My questions regarding the invoice was answered patiently by Mike. There’s always someone who answers the call when you call their office.
