Absolutely unresponsive since the day the installers left and cannot hold the contractor to any warranty or word. Have been trying to connect with the owner or any company official, via phone and email - no response for more than 8 months.

Great services and great prices. I got 9 total units installed for my multi-family home. I used this company with Con Edison’s rebate program and they explained the process clearly. I would highly recommend. They were fair and were able to accommodate to
my budget. Condensers outside are quiet and work completed looks very neat.

The team installed the new system with great attention to detail, and the systems work incredibly. They are quicker and more energy efficient heating compared to boiler. Easy interface, with designated remotes and an app to control the units. Great staff, who were here on time and provided quality work, great communication, reasonable and great prices. I’m very happy with the installation and I recommend it to anyone who is considering doing it for their home.

Avoid this company. They don’t actually fix anything; they just patch it up until they leave the building. My cousin had them out multiple times for the same issue, and it kept breaking immediately after. Zero consistency and a total waste of labor costs. We moved to a new provider and realized just how poor the service here was. I would not recommend them to anyone in NYC

I didn't recommend them the technician arrived three hours late without a phone call. Once here, they were unprofessional and left grease stains on my carpet. The AC works for now, but the total lack of respect for my time and property means I won't be a returning customer.please avoid this shop.
