Technician from Bronx boiler repair came out to Mount Vernon in Westchester County NY and repaired my boiler that has not been working for 3 days. We called many other companies before and no one seem to could figure out the issue. Everyone just wanted me to buy a new boiler. They came out and fixed my boiler if it wasn’t for those guys I wouldn’t have heat. I recommend this company to anyone with boiler issues.

If i can give zero stars i would… the technician came in and i told him what we have been experiencing with our heating system. He starts touching and tapping on parts and tells me nothing is wrong everything is working. I try to re explain to him that the first floor started to only blow cold air when the heat was raised. And was not working for 2 days. He was also on his phone FaceTiming with someone. The entire interaction when talking to him felt like he wasn’t really taking me serious. And said he can’t fix what he doesn’t see broken. Thennnn he finally says its 2 items that are broken?!? Which made me not believe him when in the beginning he said everything was working “fine” . I ended up paying the $150. My husband and I ended up calling the office and spoke to Ashley who originally sold us into considering there services. And was told by them we would get a free re diagnostic for the poor experience we had with there technician. We waited for them to schedule back an appointment but never heard back. We then called again and got someone else on the line and was told that they can’t offer the free re diagnostic but they can only talk to the technician. And if we want someone to come back we would have to pay again the $150….. worst experience ever. Very poor professionalism.

Our boiler broke down on the coldest day of winter, and Bronx & Westchester Boiler Repair really came through for us. Ashley was super helpful and made sure we got a last-minute appointment the same day. The technicians were great—professional, hardworking, and even stayed late to make sure everything was up and running. We really appreciated their dedication. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were a little skeptical at first, but we couldn't find any other company that was open over the weekend. It turned out great! We thought we had to replace our boiler, we stopped getting heat and then the boiler just stopped working. The gentleman Keith was wonderful, technician informed us the boiler isn’t working ‘due to Aquastat not being operational’. They ordered the part and he installed the new Aquastat on Tuesday morning. The boiler is running efficiently again. Oh, and Ashlee the secretary was so helpful from beginning to end. I would definitely use this company again.

I live in Yonkers, This Company Did a fantastic Job, I had a squealing sound coming from my boiler and a leak, They came the same day I called and oiled my Circular Pump, that is where the squealing sound was coming from, they also informed me about the Parts I needed to fix the leak which was a new Expansion Tank and a new Pressure Relief Valve, the estimate they gave was a very reasonable price. The Technician Keith also informed me that they fix Refrigeration, my Refrigerator had stopped freezing and cooling, so they stopped by 3 times in a week fixing my boiler and Refrigerator. Thank you, Keith, for your fantastic work, and thank you Ashlee for the great communication and answering my questions whenever I called.

Initial Diagnosis appointment was fine. Scheduled a follow-up appointment, appointment was from 12- 3, the window passed and I rescheduled, same situation happened for the follow-up appointment. Appointment was from 9-1, they missed that also. No kind of notice was given, I canceled. Imagine if you move your day around for this and they don't make it or call you that they won't be on time?

Also, Maintenance tech asked for a review on initial visit, cool. I handed him my phone and he left 5 star reviews on all of the entities they operate, which he didn't tell me he was doing, found that weird. Only found out when I went to check my google reviews page one day.
