A seller paid dearly for cleaning service & during final walk through the buyer noticed many items that had not been cleaned. When I the buyers REALTOR called to question this the Manager Refused to speak with me. The sellers paid & the buyers received a Dirty home. It was as if they NEVER cleaned it. It didn’t smell clean or look clean.
Be careful of this if you hire this company!

This was the most awfuland unprofessional cleaning service I have used up to date. Tashina came in to give us and estimate for our 3000 sq ft home. She said a deep cleaning would be conducted during the initial cleaning which would include, wiping down counters, dusting everything, cleaning kitchen table, washing any hand prints off walls, vacuuming, mopping all hardwood and tile, cleaning windows, cleaning doors for hand prints or dirt, cleaning all appliances, dusting the ceiling fans, cleaning all of the bathrooms, etc. As you can see she said her service would be thorough. After our first initial deep clean the house looked awful dirty handprints were left everywhere. Counters and table in the kitchen were not cleaned. They did not even clean the laundry room or mop the stairs and hard wood landing. After a bizarre conversation with the manager, I sent photos to her so she could see with her own eyes the service I received. She didn’t want to send someone else out but I insisted. Still after me trying to follow the woman showing her what she needed to do. Her service was also as well. I would not recommend them to anyone.
