Mohammed and Barrah were outstanding! I am so happy I hired them to change out my very outdated, eroded meter base. The level of service was top tier. They are efficient communicators and got the job done in the time that they said they would. I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects and will recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

Moe was able to come help us the same day that I called, and was here quickly! He finished solving the issue of no power to various rooms in only an hour and was highly knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him and this company from our experience!

We had a massive after hours power surge / failure on a Friday night. When we called Care Electric, based on our description of events, they advised us to try calling Duke Energy first. I appreciate that since they could have just charged us for an after-hours visit without giving that advice. Duke E was of no help so we ended up calling them back. Mo and B showed up promptly, were friendly / polite, listened to our description of what had happened, and then very thoroughly checked everything out. Based on everything they found, they advised us once again to call Duke Energy. But this time, Mo got on the phone with the call center desk on our behalf and explained the problem. This resulted in Duke E sending a technician out and ultimately confirming that this problem was their fault. Before leaving that night, Mo gave us some great advice on what additional failures could happen as a result of this problem. Further, he was able to come by the next day (after Duke E made the repairs) to replace some burned out circuits in our breaker box. From start to finish Mo was extremely thorough and detailed in his explanations. They were easy to interact with, arrived quickly, fixed things on the spot, and always wore shoe covers in the house. I didn't appreciate the expensive and unnecessary diagnostic fee for the the second visit since they had already been here the night before and knew what the problem was. However, that said, I highly recommend them for all the positive aspects of how this issue was handled and won't hesitate to call them again for our electrical needs!

Moe Alem and his apprentice provided excellent service. They arrived before time assessed my electrical situation educated me on what was needed and why. They were very professional, pleasant, efficient and effective completing the job in half the time estimated. Care electrical provided great customer service and have reasonable prices.

Used Moe a few times and specifically ask for him when I need work done. Always do great work and is very friendly. Never an issue with scheduling me in, usually the day after he is at my house. If I contact early enough he will come the same day. Never had any problems with the company, and I will only use them for my electrical work. He came with an Assistant this time (I believe her name was B) and she was also very friendly and helped him with work.

Honestly, Moe did an outstanding job. Moe explained exactly what he was going to do and why. He installed 3 outlets in separate areas in my screened in porch. He had to go under the deck, drilled holes in the floor through my porcelain tile. He didn't crack my tiles. Afterwards he verified each outlets worked and did a great job cleaning up after himself.
