This was a great experience! Moe came by and solved my problem very quickly. My cooktop was not working, and he replaced the breaker and also helped me repair another outlet that was not up to code. He also explained everything he was doing to me. Everything has a 5 year warranty too! I’ll be calling for my other needs as well!

In 35 minutes, they diagnosed the problem AND fixed it while also letting me know what was going on every step of the way, including how much it would cost. No surprises, very efficient, and will absolutely use them again. And - as a bonus - you can schedule a service call at anytime online. My problem started on a Saturday and they were here Monday morning.

Lo and B showed up on time, were very respectful and friendly, and provided a path forward that saved us money. They took time to explain everything that would be done, from the testing to the actual repairs, and were up front about the pricing. The diagnostic tests uncovered an additional critical issue, and they were prepared to take care of it the same day. They also gave us advice on next steps concerning a couple of other things that needed attention, as well as some insightful tips for evaluating contractors for other projects around our house. Lo and B were both very friendly and clearly take pride in providing a superior service experience. We will definitely be booking with them again for our electrical needs.
