Easy and smooth. Good sellers, good marketers, and you might could find a cheaper alternative…. but prices were faire, transparent and well explained so I went with them right away. The experience was very positive and that’s worth a great deal in my book! Christian was thorough and thoughtful in helping me figure out which projects to prioritize based on our budget, and a bonus points that both guys who came spoke VERY highly of the owner and that it is the best place they’ve ever worked. The electrician who did the work was professional and friendly and no issues with the work itself.

$1100 for two new outlets, up to code and inspected by town of apex (and some good advice/consult on other projects).

I had a bit of a rush and needed some electrical work done at our place. I looked into ChatGPT and found AstroWatt to be a highly recommended electrical service in the Apex/Cary area. I gave them a call, and they were able to book me an appointment within two hours!

My technician, Christian Speal, let me know when he was coming and showed up right on time. Christian really nailed it when he looked at the problem. He was super clear and easy to talk to about the diagnostic tests and what needed fixing. I’m so happy and grateful that Christian did such a great job diagnosing and fixing everything at a fair price.

Christian from Astro Watt arrived the day after a winter ice storm when schools and many businesses were closed. We had a potential fire risk, so shopping around for bids wasn’t an option. We chose Astro Watt based on their strong reviews.
Christian was thorough, explained what needed repaired and why, clearly explained pricing, and was genuinely friendly. We can’t say if we could’ve found a cheaper option, but the price felt fair and the work was completed the same day, clearly done right, and we could sleep safely, knowing the potential risk was remedied.
We’ll absolutely use Astro Watt again, and while we’re sure all their electricians are qualified, we’d request Christian without hesitation.

Alex provided excellent service for the installation of our new fixtures and fan. He kept us informed every step of the way and took extra steps to ensure everything was precise. This is the first time we have used Astrowatt and will absolutely be using them again for future needs!

Great experience from start to finish! Grant and his partner (I can't believe I forgot his name--not a reflection on him!) were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and certainly hard working. Everything was done neatly and they cleaned up nicely afterwards. They even handled some cosmetic and additional issues without additional charge.
