Mr. Electric of Chapel Hill helped us in many ways, including suggesting a lighting store. There are so many light fixtures available, especially online. Our discussion with a lighting expert ending in our being very pleased.

Mr. Electric's electrician came to our home, provided a free estimate, and provided very fast service. Their team was skilled, smart, friendly, helpful, efficient and went above and beyond. They recycled boxes, removed old light fixtures, helped us select the height of our new pendant lights.

We highly recommend this company for electrical needs.

Josiah did an amazing job identifying the cause of our two misbehaving circuits, and also found a worrying underlying issue and dealt with it as well. He kept us clearly informed of what he found, presented us with our options and walked us through the fixes before and after he performed them. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I had a customer in need of power at night from water damage to the panel expecting an ice storm and had a full 200amp service panel replacement and the answering service is just somebody else that has to be paid. I don't care for that to much. But JOSIAH G /installer has been the best electrician I've dealt with. Very presentable and punctual. He deserves top dollar! OVERALL good experience but y'all's pricing sure ain't to help the people in need.

The technicians were very professional and did excellent work. Even where they had to cut into sheetrock they placed the infill piece back very cleanly for our painter to patch it, looks like it was never there! Great communication, we will definitely use AstroWatt for our future projects!

Exceptional service!
They added an outdoor flood light, upgraded the other, installed new sconce light, added whole house surcharge protector and had plugs upgraded to 20 amps.

Everything went so smoothly that I wish other businesses were ran by the same people. Seriously! They quickly reached out to me, had an appointment for a quote the *same* day, installation right after, so fast!

Everything was installed as discussed, technician (Christian) was very friendly, described everything in detail, made sure was everything how we wanted it, left the place perfectly clean. Basically went above and beyond.

They also warranty their work for 5 years!

I highly recommend AstroWatt for your electrical needs. I plan on leasing an electric vehicle, so I researched several home chargers. I contacted AstroWatt based on their strong 5-star reviews. I spoke to Paul several times, helping me with my charger selection and scheduling of the charger once received. He was very polite and accommodating since my charger was delayed in shipping and had to reschedule the installation twice.
Chris, their electrician, showed up on time and was very attentive and helpful in discussing my location options along with the costs. They even send you an email before their arrival with the photo and information of their employee so you are aware of who's coming to your home. Very nice.
Chris and I found a way to minimize conduit and holes being drilled so Chris took the time and patience and accurately installed the wiring, conduit and charger within hours of arriving. He also cleaned up everywhere and answered all of my follow-up questions.
I decided to get an in-home surge protector based on their recommendation, since I recently replaced my HVAC systems and refrigerator and don't want to chance them getting damaged by an electrical spike/surge.
I should also mention that AstroWatt permitted the work, including scheduling of the inspection, which occurred only 3 days after the installation. Their labor has a lifetime warranty, and staff is knowledgeable and helpful but never pushy. I'll be recommending this company to friends needing electrical services.

We had a wonderful experience with Colby Humphries. He was very polite and helpful not to mention his communication skills. I would highly recommend his for are home electrical issues.

Eric, Mateo, and Alex provided excellent services, pointed out flaws in the state of our electrical system and told me what I needed to fix them, got me the products I needed installed in a timely manner, the tesla charger and the surge protector look very neat and they cleaned up everything.

Grant and the rest of the crew were very professional, polite, and responsive to any questions or requests. They made the process of dealing with lack of electricity and talking to utility company seamless. We were happy with the quality of their services and will hire again if needed.

I called on a Saturday and I was able to get an appointment first thing Monday morning. Christian arrived in the window given and from start to finish he was detailed and very thorough. Christian was friendly and took the time to get to know you. The craftsmanship was great and the whole process was smooth. All the work was completed same day which was greatly appreciated. Christian was great. Made the whole process very easy to understand. Laid out all of options and helped my wife understand every option. He called in backup to ensure that the work was finished in one day. They did a great job and the warranty seems to be top notch. Would happily recommend to friends/neighbors.
