Had a list of things needed done, handful of switches to replace, 2 ceiling fixtures, security light, smoke detector wired, etc. Was given an estimate before the work was started, the technician was very good, professional, and thorough.

I needed a Ring doorbell hooked up outside, no windows, just for a doorbell. I'm 73 years old and want to know who is at the door before I open the door.
The technician was outside on the phone when I arrived at 4pm, the tech did not come in until 4:30pm.
The tech informed me that he had the doorbell working and never made any mention of a transformer not working properly, the tech was here from 4:30 pm until 7pm and charged me 149.00 dollars. The tech left my home and informed me the doorbell would ring on the outside. I believe all of this happened on November 23 or 24th and on November 25th the doorbell was not working at all. The Tech was called back to fix the transformer problem that worked before he got here on the 24th of November and I was charged another 120.00 for the repair of the transformer. My daughter had to explain to this tech that he might have to go into the crawl space under the house and that's when the doorbell started working.
I will never use this company for ANYTHING!!!!!

My heat went out at home last week. The company that fixed the unit told me that my breaker had gone bad and needed an electrician. They recommended Mr. Electric. They were able to come out the next day and find the part they needed in the same day. I will use them again.

We needed an outlet moved in order to install a new double wall oven. The electrician, Bobbie Jones, recognized that additional voltage was needed for the new oven in order to prevent it from shorting out (any time both ovens were on). He also updated some switches on our panel, which is original to our 1968 home. He was very professional, prompt, and explained everything.

Got 110v socket installed for my Microwave. I only had 220. Mr Electric Of Cary was extremely professional and Tony came on time, understood the work in no time and finished everything in less than an hour.
