Jim and son did a fantastic job on some electrical work in our house. I would highly recommend Integrity Electric. Great work and they didn’t mind me asking a million questions. :).

I had to call Integrity Electric for a question about my oven. The man that answered was extremely helpful and gave great details about how to fix the problem I had. He didn't hesitate in helping me in every way that I needed, answering all my questions. We are so grateful for not needing to hire an electrician but we know who to call when we will need one!

Last night I plugged in my electric fireplace and decided to use the heat feature because of the cold spell we've been having. It promptly tripped the circuit breaker! I had never had to fix that issue, and when I went outside to open the electric panel, I couldn't open the cover. Sigh. I used my iPhone and googled local electricians, and after calling several, Jim was the only one who replied to me. He texted right away, and when we spoke on the phone, he suggested that he walk me through what to do by Facetime. I went outside with my pnone, showed him the electric box over Facetime, and he immediately knew the "magic trick" to open the panel, and helped me get my power back on. What a brilliant resolution to this simple problem. If I ever need an electrician, I'll be calling Jim.

Jim and his son did an excellent job of installing and upgrading some lighting in our home. The work was neatly done and they cleaned after they were finished. I highly recommend them!

Jim was friendly, prompt and went above and beyond to explain the cause and solution for our residential electrical problem. His fee was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call him again next time we have a problem.

I was very happy with my experience with Integrity. I needed some help with a ceiling fan that wasn't working and he got it working in no time. I was really pleased with communication, service, and the turnaround from the first phone call to actual service.

Used Integrity Electric to install a new outlet in the garage for an electric car. They were fast, friendly and professional. Jim even showed me how I could save money on the job by putting the outlet in a different spot in the garage then the spot I originally chose.

Called Integrity based on proximity through search. Jim took the time to walk me through finding and checking the outdoor breaker. I had checked the indoor one, but had no idea there was also an outdoor one! Super simple fix. I would have felt like more of a tool if an electrician had come out and simply had to flip a breaker! Jim did an excellent job in bringing our electrical panel up to code. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. We definitely plan on calling Jim for all of our future electrical needs.

Jim named his company correctly, Integrity, because that's what he has. He came over to review the issues I was having, looked over thoroughly, and then told me I didn't need him to fix and told me how to fix myself. I was very appreciative and asked to at least bill me for his time. Nope, he didn't want to. So, needless to say who I'll use in the future. Great guy, honest and decent, and in this day and age, very refreshing!

The first time Jim came to our house, he looked at the job we requested and promptly told us that it wasn't necessary. He then showed us a free workaround that my husband was able to do himself, saving us at least $300. He didn't even ask for a consulting fee. Next time we called him to add wiring and install a new ceiling fan, which was a tricky job due where we wanted it and how the support beams ran in our house. His installation was very clean and minimally invasive, and very affordable. We have also called him several times for advice, and he has always been very helpful. I can't recommend him enough. It's so rare to meet an honest, talented, tidy, and friendly contractor. He even tried to argue me out of giving him a big tip, lol.

I was very pleased with the worked performed by Jim and his son Will of "Integrity Electric of NC." His original quote was so reasonable that I was able to increase the size of the job and install lighting as well. Jim is the owner, sole-proprietor, and does the work himself. Very thorough, cleaned up after himself, respected my home and did a very clean install. Everything was plumb, square, level and to code. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Jim for your electrical work. He was able to provide a quick fix for a electrical problem we had in out outdoor circuits. I am very happy with the outcome and will trust Jim and Integrity Electric for my future needs.

Jim was great to work with. He responded quickly, gave us a reasonable quote, and finished the work the same week. The outlets and lights look great. He even vacuumed the floors after cutting the drywall for the new outlets. Thanks Jim!

I called Jim with an electrical problem. He spent time with me on the phone diagnosing and resolving the issue so he could save me the cost of a field call to have him to come out and handle the simple fix. That's quality service and I won't hesitate to call Jim in the future.

Jim (the owner) and his son came over when our electricity was out in our basement. They were both very nice, fixed the issue very quickly and helped explain what the issue was. He even showed me what to check for in the future and how to fix it if it arises. Definitely recommend them and will call them in the future any time I need a good honest electrician!

I had Jim install recessed lighting in my living room converted to an office. He spent time explaining how he was planning to run the wires in the room. He is very knowledgeable and grateful for the opportunity to complete the job. The finished product was exactly what I wanted and I wouldn't hesitate to use Integrity Electric for future electrical needs.

I called Jim after being told I needed a new breaker installed to fix my HVAC. After spending 30min talking to me over the phone and consulting 2 of his outside contacts he advised against doing a service call since he didn't believe it was an electrical issue but rather an issue with the HVAC unit itself. Jim could have easily just come out to the house and charged a service call fee but was honest and upfront about not needing one. In the end Jim was right and I needed HVAC work not electrical. If I ever need to consult or work with an electrician Jim will be my first call!
