Cannot say enough good things about this company. The technician, Johnnie Strickland, was on property for 6 hours insisting on not leaving until the job was done. He was professional, informed, and put you at ease with the entire process. I look forward to working with him and the Mr. Electric team again in the future.

Johnnie came to give us an estimate on our multiple jekectricak jobs and was able to fix some small problems that day. He explained our issues and fixes in a way no electricians (us) could understand. Gave us the estimate while he was there and we got an appointment right away for the work. Johnnie and Vince worked throughout the day, got all our jobs done and had us check everything out! They cleaned up and accepted my 10% off coupon on the remainder of my invoice. Very satisfied with our experience with Johnnie and Mr Electric. Thanks!

After suspecting that something was wrong with the previous Fan installation, I reached out to Mr Electric to trust with the Fan restoration and they quickly fixed what was wrong with it. Definitely will trust them with everything that’s needed the home from here on.

I saw positive reviews for Mr. Electric of Cary and I'm here to add another positive review. I needed my outside lights replaced with the identical fixtures as I live in a condo association. Tom took the time to remove one of the fixtures to provide the Serial Number to me so I can order new fixtures. He and his associate came back to my house, replaced both fixtures with the new ones and even took away all of the boxes/wrappings. They were right on time, efficient, knowledgable, and friendly. Highly recommended and will call them again for any electric needs that we have.

So, you completely disregard my review where I clearly state I was never called? That is the entire point of the negative review. I would hope the owner of a business would own up to the mistake and apologize. Once my entire afternoon was wasted, that is really all you could do. To repeat, I was NEVER called. Not once, certainly not twice. My appointment was from 1-4. I called at 4:05 since I had not seen or heard from anyone. The receptionist told me that there had been a job that they realized that morning was going to take longer than expected but they had still hoped to get to me. She asked me to hold while she spoke with the manager. The receptionist came back and told me that the electrician would not be coming and they would be happy to reschedule. I never spoke with anyone else. If an employee told you that I was called twice, they are lying. If I had been called and told of the situation I would not be upset.
I'm honestly shocked at your response where you are basically saying I'm lying. Which I hope gives people pause before they hire you.

Maybe this place is great - I can't say that I used them. I can say I made an appointment a week in advance, planned my day around a 3 hour window I was given for an afternoon appointment and they never showed up. I called them - they never did have the courtesy to call me and they said they had a problem job and they had hoped to get to me but would have to reschedule. It would have been really nice to have that information before I spent my afternoon waiting for them.

Both Bobbie and Victor arrived at my home to help troubleshoot an issue with a breaker. They both went above and beyond in not only making the repair, but also in explaining in detail the root cause of the issue (a leak in the roof). They were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and ensured I was satisfied with the service they provided. Highly recommend.

Dwayne McGregor came out very promptly. He was a great diagnostician and traced down the problems efficiently and fixed them. Great guy, great service.

Another company gave me an appointment 2 weeks out for a diagnosis.

I had a good experience with Mr. Electric. Richard was timely with an estimate and the job was completed the next day. I would definitely use them again.

We were able to get an appt faster than we expected (same day!) - we got an automated notification in advance of the electrician on his way, which was followed up by the electrician calling us as well! Dewayne quickly assessed the problem and fixed it onsite with no issue. He was very thorough and described exactly what had occurred and how he would fix it. Great working with them!

Richard was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He walked me through each step that he was performing and the reason behind it. He took detailed pictures and was able to explain it in a way that made it very understandable. We would recommend Richard to anyone seeking a master electricians expertise.
