Called RDL Electric on Saturday for water heater circuit breaker issue.
Bob arrived within 20 min and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and found the root cause fast. The quality of his work is a reflection on his integrity and work ethics. I am extremely happy with the work, and I highly recommend him.

We’re so grateful that we found RDL Electric!!! Without going into too much detail, our tankless gas water heater was tripping the circuit. Over the phone, Bobby guided me through steps to determine that it was not the water heater. He always answered and was extremely patient. He and his son came out very promptly, diagnosed the problem, and discussed options to fix it. It’s working fine now! It’s so nice to have such a competent, ethical, reasonable, professional and responsive electrician!! We will not look elsewhere when we need an electrician in the future!!

RDL Electric has installed all the upgraded lights in my home. They do a fantastic job! Fast, clean, pleasant, very reasonable. They really care about their customers. Check out the pictures of the lights they installed.

Bobby installed a Tesla wall charger for me that took some creativity. He delivered an excellent result, in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost. I unequivocally recommend

His quote was extremely fair for the work I needed—running two new breakers and receptacles to the third floor of my home. The job was done efficiently, and the cleanup was so thorough you’d never know any work had been done.

Very helpful staff. I’m a DYI person (with some assistance of course) and this store was very useful in helping me out with getting some electrical cable. Big box stores were unable or hesitated to provide expertise. Will return.

The gentlemen at this location were extremely helpful getting me what I needed. I definitely wasn't qualified to do the job I was attempting but they were patient and able to help figure out my needs based on very limited information. My shop now has power for the first time in four years!

Christian the "manager" is very dismissive and disrespectful. We have been bring our business here for years without issue until Christian decided he is above us all and started being downright rude. He insists on talking down to the guys that are a little less experienced in what exactly to call the items they need. Absolutely a bully and we will just have to shop elsewhere because he dared us to complain on him, as he is the "manager" Very disappointing behavior.

Doesn’t seem interested in work. Said he was interested will call back and did nothing. Not the kind of electric business I would use in your house. Very poor communication.

Had an electrical problem that Integrity helped me with over the phone. Seems to be a problem that could be fixed by the power company. Even though, I did not really use their services, they did refer me to the problem source. I will call them in the future for any electrical problems due to the prompt and accurate analysis of the situation.
