Great experience today with Ron (Laurel Lake Electric). He was so quick to respond & show up for the job. He also got me out of a jam and found a potential fire hazard with one of my outdoor GFCI outlets. The guys was all over it and had me up and rolling in no time. He'll be the first electrician I'll call from here on out.

Ron Nickels of Laurel Lake Electric did a fine job of troubleshooting and solving an electrical issue we have had intermittently for several years. After days of heavy rain, we would sometimes lose power in our bathrooms. Ron found the issue, loose wires in an outlet that should not even have been on the same circuit, and fixed the problem. Ron also fixed an issue in our breaker panel that we were not even aware of. Money well spent!

I called Ron and the recommendation of a neighbor. He answered the call right away, showed up within an hour and had the whole issue resolved within a couple. He was professional, friendly and the cost was reasonable. He even corrected the wiring in the problem room so that the switches worked as they should instead of all being on one (as from previous homeowner). I will definitely call back next time we have an electrical issue.

Ron at Laurel Lake Electric is really great. He returned my text promptly with a call and was able to come out quickly for service. He diagnosed the issue which turned out to be a faulty piece of equipment which he gave me pointers on how to purchase and replace myself for a cost savings. Because he had a little time to spare he also took on an issue I was having with electrical wiring in kitchen. I will definitely call Ron should I need help in the future.

Turned on the master bedroom bathroom lights and everything in the master bedroom went dead. Checked the fuse box and that was not the problem. I had a short and having worked around electrical machinery for over 30 years, this needed to be repaired ASAP. Called RDL and they were at my house within a half hour. They looked at the problem and analysed the situation. They traced the wired inside the master bedroom and underneath the house. It only took them about 20 minutes to find the problem and it was a short in an electrical outlet. Took them just a few minutes to repair the problem. All of the electrical items in the master bedroom now work and I will be able to sleep very peacefully tonight. Great job for a great price and they are now on my speed dial.

Quick, clean, and curteous. RDL not only did an excellent job getting a tricky rough in prepared for me, but did so at a lower price than his competition. I will use them in the future for all of my company's electrical needs. Higly recommended.
