We just finished a remodel with Chuck and his team where they finished a 3rd floor walk up attic plus added a bathroom; and remodel of the main bathroom to add a large tub (new plumbing needed), converted a bedroom to the main closet and added a large linen/utility closet in the hallway. It was a large job, and we waited 6 mos for him, but it was worth it to know that it would be done well and with with as little hassle as possible. The THS group has been professional, reliable, timely and communicative through the whole process. The subcontractors they hired to support the project were also high caliber. Would highly recommend Chuck and team for future projects!

Chuck & Jen were great to work with! They gave us a quote and finished our deck project on time and on budget. They also kept us up to date throughout the whole process. We love our new deck and will definitely use Chuck & Jen for any future projects. Highly recommended!

Chuck and John do excellent work. We had a very large project that encompassed the majority of the exterior of our home. We removed a small and unsafe back deck and Chuck built a much larger deck with screened in section. He was able to follow my designs and add in his own craftsman style to it. We also completely remolded the front porch and entry way with cedar and much larger door. We also painted the entire exterior.

Chuck responded to texts and emails promptly and worked with my wife and I during any design changes. He was also able to work with us during several delays due to weather and the door manufacturer leading on us for 4 extra weeks.

We plan to work with Chuck again for our next project.

They did an amazing job on our screened porch. We had a 2nd story deck that we wanted converted into a screened porch. I can’t say enough about the beautiful craftsmanship and the attention to detail that was applied to this project. We absolutely love it!!

If you have a project, Chuck, John and team are your guys! Their prices are competitive with other contractors, their work is beautiful and they made us feel completely comfortable during the whole process.

We did a kitchen upgrade with Triangle Home Solutions last month. The project consisted of tear out of existing counter tops and installation of new granite counter tops, a subway tile back splash, new sink, faucet, and disposal. Chuck was great to work with communicated quickly and well, in a world where it hard to get companies to call you back unless you have a very large project. He paid close attention to the finished details. He wanted to make sure that we were happy and that the finished project would be they way that he would expect it to look in his own house. We are loving our new kitchen and would highly recommend Triangle Home Solutions to anyone.

I would recommend Triangle Home Solutions. We needed to redo a bathroom floor and repaint the kitchen ceiling due to water damage. The Chuck and Jen team took care of it nicely. They were responsive and pleasant to work with and did very high-quality work at reasonable cost, adhering to the initial estimates.

Chuck led me through the process from design to construction for a combination garage-to-music studio renovation and back porch addition. Chuck and his team were amazing to work with for our addition of a screened porch with Eze Breeze and deck. This was our first major home project. Chuck always took the time to talk things through with us and answer any questions we had. His team was professional and the quality of work is amazing!! We are so happy with our addition and with Chuck and his team! No question we would recommend them to anyone!

Triangle Home Solutions has completed several home improvement projects for us.

This 1st project was a master bathroom renovation. Installing cabinets, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, tiling the floor, increasing the size of the shower, and custom tiling the shower.

The 2nd project was a downstairs reconstruction after a water line in the wall leaked and caused damage throughout the kitchen. The crew repaired drywall, rebuilt cabinets, reset the granite counter tops, reinstalled appliances, installed new kitchen faucet, installed a new tile backsplash, and installed flooring throughout the complete downstairs.

Chuck has always been responsive with estimates and answers to any questions or concerns that we've had. His crew is always on time, always courteous, always cleans up after themselves, and does excellent work. We have been more than happy with all the work Triangle Home Solutions has done for us.

We had a deck extension and 3 seasons room (to include a fireplace) added onto the back of our house. The task was challenging due to a weird roofline and raised deck. We had a number of contractors come out and most shied away from our project. Chuck and Jen came out and gave a very fair bid for what we wanted. Their crew was very nice and respectful of our property, they cleaned up each day and ensured construction debris was not left everywhere. Our deck remained functional in the evenings throughout the duration of the project. I highly recommend Chuck and his team to anyone looking to do any projects around their house, we love the finished product and plan to spend the majority of our time using our new outdoor space!

Unlike other contractors – who pass the job to a manager and you never see them again – Chuck was onsite everyday checking on progress and making sure work was done correctly. Chuck has high standards for his work. And they stayed on task - Triangle Home Solutions was on the job from start to finish with no interruptions.

I am so glad we went with Triangle Home Solutions to get our attic finished and looking fabulous. From the start of the project to the finish was such a great experience. Triangle Home Solutions put on a new screen porch for us last fall, as well as completing some interior renovations. We couldn't have been happier with the experience. From getting quotes and working through some revisions while we refined our budget, to completing the work, they were great to work with. Jen & Chuck were always friendly and responsive, and the crew was always nice and professional. They kept a clean site, showed up when they said they would, and took care of any comment or concern we had. And of course, the finished product was of the highest quality. Can't recommend them enough.

Triangle Home Solutions did a great job on our home renovation. We needed a new deck, an interior wall removed and lighting updates throughout the house. Chuck was very responsive from the beginning quote to the final walk-through. He kept us informed every step of the way. His employees were industrious, polite and neat. Even though we were living in the house throughout all the work, they did their best to keep the spaces clean. We would definitely hire Triangle Home Solutions again for any kind of home project.

I've known Chuck for awhile and had worked with him on small projects and maintenance items for my home and knew that he did quality work. This time was a full first floor renovation that just wasn't cosmetic, I had to address some "differential settlement" that occurred under my concrete slab foundation. This is a daunting task for any homeowner. I called Chuck, with his background and experience it was a seamless process start to finish. His attention to detail, communication and project management skills are outstanding. He works with quality subcontractors and the end product is amazing. I wouldn't have done this extensive of a project with any other contractor. Start to finish, Chuck, Jen and his team did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or hire them again.

I called Triangle Home Solutions for an estimate on getting a new slider door and also fixing the floor that was sagging below. They responded quickly and professionally. Chuck was very knowledgeable about the structural problems causing the floor issue and seemed very experienced. We look forward to working with them!

We are just finishing up a home renovation project with Chuck and his team. The project included turning an unfinished space above our garage into a bedroom and a mechanical room into a guest bedroom, full bath and walk in closet. The work was extensive as it included relocating a furnace (new unit inside and out), re-routing and installing new ductwork, electrical, insulation, framing as well as new plumbing for the full bath.

Chuck and his crew are fantastic, the work they've done is top notch. They are very easy to work with and I've really appreciated that Chuck has been in constant contact throughout the entire process to let us know when they would be coming and going. Even though our house has been an active construction zone for sometime, his entire crew have been very diligent at keeping it contained as much as possible and cleaning up at the end of the day.

One of the big things that set Triangle Home Solutions apart from the other companies I spoke with was that the other companies only did design and sub contracted 100% of the work. The other companies came over and the person they sent could not say for sure if certain things could be done or not. Chuck came over and it was clear that he was very experienced and was able to take a look at the home and immediately identify if the work could be done or not. Chuck has his own team that does the majority of the work and subcontracts out the specialty trades. He is also very much engaged and has been hands on in the work himself, you can tell that he takes pride in the work that they do.

We are very appreciative of their hard work and highly recommend them without hesitation. I've already recommended them to some of my neighbors!

Triangle Home Solutions did an amazing job in my home! I had a myriad of small/large projects for them to tackle and they handled them each with spectacular results. They opened up a wall between my kitchen and living room and added a bar top and it looks like the house was designed this way from the start. They also fixed a number of electrical issues I had, repainted multiple rooms, replaced and exterior door and re-tiled my bathroom floor. They did this all in record timing with fantastic quality. I could not be happier.

DECK STAIRS: I purchased a 10 year old home last year and I needed serious help replacing the rotting wood stairs on my back deck and enclosing the underside of the deck. I contacted a few of the decking companies and was told my project was too small and no one would give me a quote. I was pretty disappointed and almost gave up when I found Triangle Home Solutions. Chuck Penfield and his wife Jen were just incredible. They came out and made amazing suggestions and recommendations (who knew there is a type of composite decking which is 30 degrees cooler in the sun versus the leading name brand of composite decking??? Chuck helped me understand those existed because in the hot NC sun…I definitely wanted that for my dogs paws and guests feet!). He helped me with all the answers that I needed to complete the Architectural request that my HOA required. His crews were timely, organized, professional and did great work! TRS cost was very reasonable for everything I had done. Chuck and Jen were always accessible if I had any questions! Great news is that they do lots of projects in addition to decks so I will definitely bring them back in the future as I have projects. I am happy to support small businesses and this is an absolute gem of a small business to work with. I absolutely recommend them! Thank you Chuck and Jen!

Chuck and his team did a great job. When Jen was here just to talk over the bid she was ready to listen and to what out vision was for a final product. Chuck and his team did a great job. Sure we had delays or we made changes but all along Chuck was responsive and kept the project moving along. The picture does not do the final product justice but I did want to share what it looks like. This addition was one thing my wife and I wanted to have done. It was so easy working with THS--they surpassed my expectations in their timeliness, cleanliness on the job, workmanship, professionalism, and overall--the final product. I had a garage remodel done, as this is our main point of entry into our home. That included removing popcorn ceiling, refinishing a peeling floor, cleaning up walls, and installing various storage solutions. Careful attention was given to even the smallest part of the project. Not to mention, this is a very nice team of people who care about their work and clients' satisfaction.
