The crew came over and did a terrific job. They missed one cabinet and were able to swing by the next day to take care of that for me. Since I am out of town now after moving, it was great to trust Molly Maid of Cary & Johnston County to get the job done for me. Great service! House sparkling! Very responsive to my request for a quick return service! I highly recommend them!

I really appreciate this company as everyone I spoke with was very nice and actually listened to my concerns. My boyfriend and I have a very serious, strict landlord and we requested a move out cleaning. We really needed everything cleaned and thought Molly Maid would be the best option due to all of their great reviews. The first time they came over it felt a bit rushed as a few key things weren’t touched ie. top of fridge, ceiling fans, spot on the counter. We called and they sent out another team the very next day to clean these spots. It didn’t seem like anything changed so we called again- they sent out another team and everything was set. I understand nobody is perfect and you can’t get it right 100% of the time, so it didn’t bother me that additional teams were being sent out for corrections. What stood out was how kind and caring Deborah was on the phone and how determined she was to get us the cleaning we paid for. Super long review, but just want it to be known they CARE and they will LISTEN to your concerns if you aren’t happy. They truly want to do the best job the first time around, just remember we are all human and humans aren’t perfect.

The Team is thorough, professional and efficient. While here, they focus on cleaning and do an excellent job. TheTeam Leader, Cathy, is amazing and goes out of her way to please. I trust them to be at my home if I cannot be there. And trust that they will always do a good job!

I have used this service for a while and I love the reliability. The team I had the other day did such a great job I felt I should write a review. You could really tell the difference when the house was finished and my team was professional and friendly from the moment they walked in the door.

Found Molly Maid of Cary when my previous cleaning service just disappeared with no notice or communication of any sort. Molly Maid came in quickly and gave me a quote which was right in line with what I was paying before. I requested Tuesday afternoon appointments once every 4 weeks with a specific set of rooms to be cleaned. Unlike my previous cleaning service, they have honored my requested time without fail and always seem to know exactly which rooms to clean.
The best part has been that, after the first couple of cleanings, at least one person on the team has been consistently providing the service, so my cleanings are consistently good. Jessie and Alejandra were just here, did a great job, and like everyone I have worked with at Molly Maid, were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I am very happy I found them, and have no problem recommending them to friends.

Felicia and Ree are my Molly Maid team and they are the best! They are always punctual, work quickly but thoroughly, and enter my home with beautiful smiles on their faces and a warm greeting. We are a busy working family and I know I can trust Felicia and Ree to treat my home like their own and help me to lift some of the burden of maintaining our home. They always do a fantastic job! Ingris and Amalis did a fantastic job on our 1st initial deep cleaning! They did such a good job paying attention to details and communicating timing around our remote work meetings that my husband agreed to sign up for regular 4 week cleanings. Highly recommend!

Recently moved here from Ohio where we used Molly Maid there. We decided since they were available down here, we'd give them a try and I am so glad we did! We were so impressed with the way Yarina (I'm not sure if I'm spelling that correctly and apologize if I'm not) and Riley cleaned our home. It was a deep clean but they did it in a timely manner without skipping any steps. My house looked great and it was such a relief to our busy lives to come home to a clean house. I'm so excited for those two to continue to clean our home because of how well they did. They were also so kind, professional and great with my animals. I would absolutely recommend Molly Maid and especially Riley and Yarina! Thank you!!

We have used Molly Maids on several occasions, primarily just to help with deep cleaning of our kitchen and bathrooms. They do a very thorough job, are friendly, always sweet to our 2 small dogs. For the cleaning we request the price is very reasonable. Would highly recommend them.
