We are delighted to have Molly Maid service for our clean house. Carolina and Martha are professional and thorough in their care of our space. The women are friendly and reliable. It's a great service they offer.

I recently priced out a move-in cleaning with several companies on a home that I just purchased, molly maid having the best price I went with them. I wish I had went with a different company. I was quoted for 2.5 hours on a completely empty 1300 sq ft house, which is fair as most other companies quoted me the same. When I went to the house I go to paint a room and the previous owners hair was left all over the walls and floors, dust bunnies on the door frames, cob webs still left on the doors and in corners. My ceiling fans had not been touched. The drawers and cabinets still had dirt in them. The outside of the stove was streaky where you could run a finger across it and pull off grime. To say I was frustrated is fair. I could have vacuumed and wiped down the counters but that’s not what I paid for. I go to paint and am having to clean a room I just had just paid to get cleaned. Molly maid did offer a re-clean service. I had it scheduled, and they showed up four hours early so I had to send them away for a few hours as I could not be there to let them in. I go to see the charges on my card, and they had charged me for 3.5 hours of work, and said I had approved another full hour, which never happened. I canceled the Re-clean. I do not wish to work with this company any longer, it’s been a hassle. I’m wondering if they just walked about my house for two hours and did the bare minimum. The ladies in the office are nice and accommodating and offered me money back for the extra hour they had charged me for. I still don’t feel I got what I paid for, and I would not want them back in my house to clean.

Additional tasks may be requested if reasonable. I have never had to request them to return for missed cleaning which they will do if necessary. Vanessa was here for every cleaning. Angela and Leticia were very good as well.. Will miss them when I move to Asheville next month.

Maureen and Vanessa did a great job cleaning up the construction dust after the demo team got done. I’m not sure Molly Maid gave them all the info on how high the ceilings were because they didn’t have what they needed to reach the highest places. They worked steadily and didn’t waste time. They asked for input anytime they had questions and ensured we were satisfied before they left. Nice job.

Our home needed a nice clean after getting a new puppy to go along with our two other dogs and two young children

The ladies did a great job! Very personable and able to work around us while we had to work, worked quickly yet quietly, and seemed to really enjoy their craft

They even made the kids cribs look so nice for bedtime tonight.

Molly Maid serviced our house on March 11, 2026. The team of Starla and Ingris all were there to clean the house. The team was very receptive to the specifics needed for our house on that day. The team was super friendly as always. The team went straight to work on the baths, floors, kitchen, counters, and are always great at straightening things. They will use specific materials that are appropriate if you request and provide. No fooling, the amount we pay is well worth it. Check them out.

I have never had house cleaners before. I started due to 6 months of training with long hours; I couldn’t imagine having energy or time that I had NOT at training on cleaning the house. Now, that the training is over and I have time to spare, I can’t imagine NOT having a cleaning service again. Once you start, you won’t regret it.

Molly Maid sends in a team of 2-3 people who will clean your home in 2 hours or less. Every cleaning day is a breath of fresh air; it’s hard NOT to be thankful and feel at ease when the house is cleaned. I can spend more time relaxing and doing the things I enjoy. I never hated cleaning but I sure would rather be doing something else when I was.

I am very thankful for Molly Maid and their services. Give them a try. They’re friendly, background checked, and will give you a quote after a quick home visit. Also, they are very decently priced. You can also customize your service, more or less: frequency of cleanings, certain rooms, and special services like bedsheet changes and appliance cleanings.

The Molly Maids team was the best house cleaning crew that I have ever had. They were here on time and began cleaning immediately not stop until all rooms were cleaned and polished. Above average cleaning service.

Jessie and Alejandra performed an initial deep clean at my home and did an absolutely amazing job, I am so grateful for their care and attention! My bathroom is completely transformed, it is SO bright in there now that it's sparkling clean. I recently rearranged several rooms and had bits and pieces of furniture and stuff laying around which these wonderful ladies tidied up, I didn't expect that and was delighted. I don't know how they did it but am so thankful for them working this magic in my home!
