Absolute professionalism! Chris (the owner) got back to us immediately, was on time, and diagnosed the problem quickly. There was no upselling!!! Work was done efficiently and at reasonable cost. We have tried several other hvac companies in the area and this is the only place I will recommend to friends.

Chris Grahl and his company CMG were the absolute top choice after having numerous varying recommendations and a wide range of estimates. He was the only one to even try to figure out a temporary solution to get us through a serious cold snap when the inside temperature was only 59 degrees. I have been using CMG for years, and this review is way past due. Chris and his staff have been amazing, great customer service and have always addressed the my problems, and have installed new units when needed. I can not remember the exact year (maybe 2018?) but I called in Chris for a second opinion about replacing my homes HVAC unit.

I called A local Durham owned company that has a “W” in their name for an annual inspection. I was informed the system had a leak and needed to be completely replaced. I was referred to Chris and called him for a second opinion.

Chris spent 45 minutes going over the AC with a fine tooth comb and sniffer and found no leaks. Despite the unit being a 2004 unit he knew what gasses could be used and after 2 lbs of refrigerant the system was back online. At a very reasonable price for service and parts. ( you pay for the exact amount of refrigerant used)

6+ years later the system is still working and once again passed its annual inspection.

This past inspection was performed by a couple of gentleman that I had not meet before who were as exceptional as Chris to work with. They were well trained and represented the company as well as Chris. It is very nice to see we have local businesses with integrity!!
