The company install the i wave - residential air cleaning device. The process was very easy from the scheduling the appointment with confirmations by message. On the day for the installation, also received messages regarding the technician location until he arrived.
The process to install was clean. No issues. It was very professional and everything was explained. He asked about the maintenance of the unit and give recommendations for the future.

Franck and the whole team are truly the best by far!
They pulled out an old dead unit and put in a new one. I have many issues with the duct work under my house and they are working to fix everything in a very professional manner, they understand the frustrations of being without cool air on these hot days and no matter that it's taking a while to fix everything, they are working as fast as they can to keep me cool!
You would think that exceptional service like this would cost an arm and a leg, but NO!! their price is the best (and I received several offers)!
Franck and AJ took the time to explain the work the needs to be done to me before they started and while they were doing it.

Asked for a quote on a new gas pack. John came out and did a thorough job inspecting the current system and making recommendations on what to do. He was professional and carefully answered all my questions.

Helpful to have reasonably priced options for future replacement and good advice on getting most life out of the current unit. I want to give a special thanks to John at NCHC. Our AC quit on us on July 2nd and he was able to fix our AC system the next day. We were planning to host a 4th of July party and we were so grateful to have AC for our party.

If you have a leaky Lenux, make sure to call NCHC. They were able to replace just the AC portion of the system and keep the furnace. This saved me a lot of money.

We had to get some duct work removed for crawlspace work to be done. Unfortunately, one day prior to NCHC doing the work in our crawlspace, our heating stopped working. Besides doing the work in our crawlspace, NCHC was super quick in troubleshooting our HVAC system and immediately shared a proposal to fix our system. Franck was not only very knowledgable, but also very friendly and supportive. He immediately got all the parts needed and had his crew come out to get our HVAC fixed. Everything is working again and the duct work in the crawlspace has been replaced and hooked up. We cannot be more thankful for an amazing job Franck and his team did and we would hire NCHC anytime again! Highly recommend!!

Our tech, Mo, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained that he was going to check our air condition and furnace to make sure they were running properly and efficiently. He said both were working well so we don't need any maintenance at this time. He would have replaced our filters but my husband had already replaced them the week before. We are pleased with the service and will get an annual maintenance plan with North Carolina Heating & Cooling.

Very pleased with their service. They performed all of the HVAC work related to doing an attic renovation project. This included swapping out an old unit for an upsized unit and all of the corresponding ductwork. They did a great job, which included fitting everything in tight/creative pathways to get everything situated for the layout that we needed. The people performing the work were kind and courteous in all of the interactions. I'll be continuing to use them for further HVAC needs.

I contacted NC Heating & Cooling with regard to troubles with my AC unit. After a brief phone consult, a NC Heating & Cooling representative was at the house within 24 hours to assess the necessary repairs. Not only did I received a very reasonable estimate, I was also provided some good advice on other aspects of the system. A technician was out within 48 hours to complete the repairs. New ownership which has drastically improved the quality and reliability of this business.

hired NCHC two years ago to install the HVAC and Gas in a new construction residential build. I won't go into detail but the experience was a very bad one. Since then, new ownership proactively contacted me to remedy the issues and fix the subpar work. It has been a pleasure to work with them since the changeover and I would definitely recommend NCHC now.

Erin and Johnny were amazing! They were extremely responsive to my request! The same day i needed service I got an appointment. I needed to major parts to fix my furnace. One part was able to be picked up and installed the same day! The other part took longer to get but Erin made sure it was all covered under warranty in advance of the repair and as son as the parts were available they set up the install. I highly recommend this company!
