The drain pipes in my HVAC system got clogged up and the system would shut down to prevent overflowing of water. The pipes itself have been hard to access. NCHC have saved the day by not just cleaning up the system but replacing some pvc pipes, installing new P-trap and making it more accessible for future maintenance. Thank you!

$200 for HVAC inspection/tune up (two residential units, no repairs). I had no problems with the service itself but I do not feel the value is there compared to some other options I have come across.

Very quick response, I had 2 others companies that couldn’t figure out why my AC doesn’t switch to cooling. Gerard and Mo the technicians very polite, explained all the options. Price was very good as well. We will use NCHC in the future and also for our maintenance.

NCHC installed a new furnace in our house and did some repairs to the upstairs system as well. They also installed two brand new wifi thermostats. The furnace residing in the crawlspace made the job difficult but the serviceman stayed past sunset to complete the installation. The company owner also came to the job to make sure things were going smoothly which was nice. Prices were comparable to other estimates we got. Will use NCHC going forward for A/C units if/when they stop working as well as regular maintenance of the systems.

I called NCHC when my AC decided to stop working right as it started to get hot again. They sent someone out the same day and had everything fixed and working again.
