Very courteous and professional crew. Last but not least, my first point of contact was Drew who was very knowledgeable and a helpful problem solver when it came to questions about the best models and options for our current and future needs. Awesome team!

Just had a Trane HVAC unit installed today. Jordan and Michael did a fantastic job with the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new one. The installation was very neat and clean. They checked out both the heat and ac to make sure they were properly working and showed me how to use the new thermostat they installed. Would definitely us Maynor Service again. They also had the best price!

Maynor did a full replacement of our home's aging and broken furnace and AC. They were incredibly prompt, and someone was out to give us a quote on the same day we called. Drew put together multiple options for us and did a great job of thoroughly explaining each one and addressing all of the questions we had. The quote was competitive, and they were able to complete the install the very next day. Austin and Devan completed the installation; they were both very professional and did a great job. I will definitely be using Maynor again for future HVAC services.

Maynor has been great to deal with for servicing my hvac systems. Armando has been the technician I have worked with and I can’t speak highly enough about him. He’s extremely thorough and provides details about the state of my units. He takes the time to answer questions and does not rush the process. He’s also really polite and just seems like a great person. Truly a pleasure working with him. Give Armando a raise!!

Great Experience with Maynor - quick response time providing same day service. Affordable offerings. The Tech Brandon was a pleasure to work with. He was competent in his skill, organized, clean and very personable. He went the extra mile to check on the entire system after he had resolved the problem.

Called needing service. They were out the very next day. My system was over 30 years old and I agreed not worth the $~2k to fix it. The very next day I had a completely new HVAC system installed. Norm, sales person/site engineer was great to work with, gave us multiple options. Mike, Junior and his installers were great as well. Done in 4-5 hours. All old stuff hauled off. Maynor Service Company completed our semi-annual HVAC System service recently and the experience was exceptional. Technician Armondo B. was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. This was our first service in our new home. He did a thorough review/check of our HVAC System, made some necessary adjustments, completed a cleaning of components and answered all our questions. He also found a water leak in the discharge hose which he fixed. We were very impressed with Armondo and the service he provided. The price was very reasonable for two service calls annually (Furnace in the fall and A/C in the spring) additionally we get priority service if it becomes necessary. We have owned several homes over the years and this was one of the best HVAC Services we experienced. Maynor and Armondo exceeded our expectations.

I recently had Maynor Service Company install a new Trane XV18 air conditioner and S8V2 gas furnace along with a comfortLink UX360 thermostat and electrical service upgrade from 30 amp to 40 amps The entire job also included removing the old system installing new plenums on both sides,.all necessary permits and town inspections,
The crew of three Devan, Beiri, and Jason arrived on time and completed the entire installation in just five hours. It was clear this team has done many installations before; they worked efficiently and professionally throughout the day.

The system has been performing exactly as expected in the few days I've used the AC so far. Keeping the humidity out and me comfortable inside.

Maynor was fully transparent with pricing, clearly explaining manufacturer rebates, utility rebates and available discounts. The crew explained the system basics, and I was able to figure out the rest on my own with the CompfortLink thermostat.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism. I would recommend Maynor Service Company for anyone looking for experienced HVAC professionals who do clean, thorough work with premium equipment

Stanley and his team are top notch. Stanley has helped me out for years. I even text him asking for recommendations for other services (e.g. electrical, plumbing) because he only recommends trustworthy people. There’s no pressure for a maintenance contract like other companies, he’s just a straight shooter. Late spring he fixed our upstairs AC I was tied up with meetings. I had the door unlocked he came in did what he had to do. I called the office and paid over the phone. It’s what I image business was like in the 1950s.

I’ve used Mr Foggs service over the years in my personal home and rental properties. His crew is very professional and efficient. He’s never fixed anything that didn’t need to be replaced. I trust his knowledge and his pricing.

In our experience, the contractors were very polite, professional and easy to work with. We needed to address an issue with the HVAC so we call the owner, Stanley. What was supposed to be a professional conversation about how to fix the problem, his professionalism went out the window. He insulted my husband and said we were trying to “con” him. What a way to get my business, Stanley. I am a local business owner and Interior Designer. Not offering solutions and then insulting a client on top of it is how you lose business. We regret contacting him and losing $400. Shockingly unprofessional.

Stanley was professional throughout the process, and his pricing very fair based on comp quotes I had from other companies. I have worked on HVAC before and can appreciate his crews wordsmanship on the installation.
