Maynor came to do the annual maintenance on both of our HVAC’s last week. He went above and beyond to clean the Motor which was full of black gunk for one of the systems. It took him quite a bit of time to do so but he made sure he did an exceptional job!!

Rating 5 stars based on the incredible service provided by Armando. - This is the third time my unit has needed repair on a brand new home/unit combined in 2 years. Less than pleased with the product is an understatement.

Just finished up getting a Kohler generator installed by Maynor. They did a fantastic job, just got done with the final install today. Everything worked perfectly, and when they cut commercial power and we walked into the house after the generator fired up, it was like nothing had happened.

Would highly recommend Maynor for this type of work if you are looking to put a whole home generator in place.

Maynor was very reliable and timely with my Kohler generator installation. Jonathan and Christian worked their tails off and were great to have as installers. They even found an issue I had in my sub panel from prior work that was not installed with correct wiring.

Maynor has been great to work with. Very professional, courteous and on time. They did a new install (planning and installing the duct work too) in a basement we were finishing. They also do the service contract and ensure they come out when they are supposed to. They actually called me to schedule the maintenance vs. just taking my money and waiting for me to call and schedule. Imagine that!

Excellent service. Ned, Freddy and Bier were very professional and worked with my schedule. I had a new furnace within 4 days of calling Maynor. I’m happy to be back home in a nice warm house.

Working with Maynor and their techs has always been a good experience! Armando came out and installed a new condenser motor. No unnecessary costs or extras, just did a good job and communicated what he was doing!

I am thankful to have Maynor servicing my heat and air units. They are always prompt and professional. The ladies in the office are always courteous and helpful! I was happy to find out they also have technicians that can handle plumbing and electrical work!

Dominic was here on time, found the problem and repaired it. Also installed a new shower head for us. He was very respectful, wore shoe covers and cleaned everything up. We. Highly recommend Dominic for your plumbing requirements.
This is a first class service company. Someone always answers the phone, easy to make appointments, technician always on time, job done and reasonable rates.

We had a difficult Cooling problem to diagnose, they sent the service manager and lead tech out to help diagnose the problem, and had the system working properly that afternoon. Highly recommended, we will be using their services for any HVAC maintenance and issues moving forward.

Maynor just replaced our entire AC system and added zoning with a different thermostat for upstairs vs downstairs. Junior was wonderful to work with, friendly, respectful, communicative, and thorough. He answered all my questions and showed me how to use the new thermostats. They left my house clean and tidy, like they were never there. The system seems to be working great and we appreciate the high quality service. We're glad that we chose Maynor for this job and ongoing maintenance plan.

Had Maynor come out and evaluate my 18 year old HVAC unit because of a hole in the heat exchanger. Drew patiently and with no sales pressure discussed various options with me and we settled on a new Trane heat pump. Nefi and Fredy did the install and did an excellent job. Very satisfied with entire experience from start to finish.

Maynor Service Company provided me with excellent service!!! I had them come out to my residence and replace all of my second floor flex duct, filters & ceiling registers. I had them also replace my existing heat pump system and add UV light purification. From start to finish they were extremely professional. They came out on time to do the initial inspection and recommendations. They were able to get me on schedule next day. The install crew showed up on time and laid the job out fast. All of the work was done in a timely manner and the end result was perfection! I would highly recommend Maynor Services for ALL you heating and cooling needs. After this service I would not go with any other HVAC service company going forward! They also provide plumbing and electrical services, A truly all in one service company for your home or business.

What started out a very concerning water leak development was quickly addressed and minimized by our Maynor Field Service Tech, Seth. And what really struck me was his honesty...openly expressing that the original installation was at fault, and that Maynor would cover the cost of the repair. How encouraging to know that honest and humble business practices can still exist. Thank you Seth and Maynor!

I can only give 3 stars because while ultimately the third technician sent by Maynor was able to identify the problem, the fact that the first two were unable to do so left us in the cold twice during record area cold weather. I do acknowledge that the first two techs sent did spend time and make an effort to resolve but ultimately were incorrect in their diagnosis. I suggest more training of newer technicians, especially in harder to diagnose problems.

I was having some strange HVAC issues that had me feeling like I was losing my mind. Wilbur, the technician they sent, did a great job of listening to my experiences. He quickly got to work and identified the issue. He fixed it quickly and helped me understand what had happened. I was extremely grateful for his professionalism and expertise! Wilbur is the kind of technician that everyone hopes to have when they have an issue. Thank you!!

Drew was very informative, kind, and thorough when it came to helping me make my decision on who would do my HVAC replacement. Because of his detailed feedback and passion to give the best and reliable care to my HVAC system, I chose to go with Maynor services.
Byron and the other man who assisted in installing my HVAC system were thorough as well and did a great job. They also answered whatever questions I had.
I am glad I decided to go with them as a company and believe it was a great investment in the long run.

Great service, prompt and polite; the trifecta!! Jon (from the commercial side) diagnosed and had our furnace up and running in no time. Dom and J.P. did great job installing our new water heater from the attic to the garage. Great job gentlemen — thank you Maynor!

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to let them know my heat was broken in the middle of winter. They told me someone would be getting in contact with me to fix this issue and no one ever contacted me. I was specifically told a manager would call me given the plethora of issues we have had. I then reached out to Blanton's and within 45 minutes they had a technician at my house and an hour after that my heat was fixed. In addition, he fixed a couple of things that Maynor swore they fixed me but apparently they did not. This all being said, if anyone needs HVAC assistance DO NOT GO TO MAYNOR. I HIGHLY recommend Blanton's.

Our tech, Mike was very helpful in diagnosing an issue with our upstairs hvac system and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated him sharing his knowledge about our system and taking the time to explain the details to me. We have been using Maynor since we purchased our home- last year they installed a new system in the 1st floor which initially didn't sync with our google nest thermostat. I wish the sales rep had informed us of this incompatibility when we purchased the system, but the team at Maynor went above and beyond by installing a new compatible google nest system. We have been happy with this company and will continue to use them in the future.

We have good experience with the technician from Maynor. Brandon is very thorough and knowledgeable. During the annual maintenance heat check, he found the UV bulb for the air duct not working. The unit is obsolete so he put in an order for us and returned to complete the install a few days later.
