I've been using Maynor for several years and have always been satisfied with the quality, reasonably priced service they've provided. My old HVAC finally died and they were able to replace it the next day. Devon and Marc did the install, and they did a fantastic job. The new unit is running great. Thanks!

If I could leave a 1000 star review, I would! Absolutely thrilled with everything from Maynor Services. We needed a new HVAC and immediately, they educated us on what works best for our home. It was a seamless process, everyone professional and showed up exactly when they said they would. The follow up was wonderful and Drew helped us get a rebate from our electric company. Also…. Needed electrical and Jonathan came over and fixed the issue and installed new recessed lighting which really “spruced up” the look of our home.

Next, we are calling for plumbing to repair something from another company. I trust Maynor services in our home, the staff is wonderful… honest, fair, quality!!!!

Also absolutely love one of the owners, Brett after meeting him. Good people all around!! His team member Anna said she loves working there because they care! When the staff says stuff like this, you know it’s a wonderful company.

My realtor recommended Maynor, so when my unit was malfunctioning (and I knew we were getting close to the whole system dying) I called them first. The repair guy knew exactly what was wrong from my description and fixed it in five minutes. (He wears the little foot coverings in your home.) We had a sales guy out the next day who gave us very reasonable pricing on some different replacement options, explained them all, and three days later they installed two whole new systems (upstairs and downstairs) in six hours! They put down dropcloths, worked quietly, they were super respectful. The inspector just left and the work looks good--he said he never has trouble with stuff being done wrong with Maynor. AND we are getting rebates that Maynor told us we qualified for. They do all the paperwork. I am delighted. Like it couldn't have gone any better.

I've had very good experiences with Maynor Service Company regarding my HVAC system. They are very friendly, professional and provide trusted service without trying to rip you off. I trust them with my systems and also have them do annual maintenance.

Angel was great at diagnosing the seized compressor and informing me of my options/pricing. I chose a replacement due to the age of my old system.

Mike Langdon came out the same day to quote me a new system. He noted all of the details and measurements needed to quote an appropriate size tonnage unit for my house.

They were quick to answer any questions I had and got me scheduled for the install two days later!

The install team Mark, Vinny, and Luigi were incredible. Very efficient, they each knew their role and job at hand to get the old unit out and the new unit in and running in a little under a days work. They were extremely clean, putting drop cloths down where they walked inside the house, cleaned up everything after they were finished, and they even put my holiday decoration boxes back in the attic after they finished!

Would definitely recommend Maynor and I will continue to use them for my regular preventative routine maintenance on my new unit.

Bieri, Neff, Viny, Jordan, Freoly were wonderful in replacing the ductwork and installing a heat pump in my home. They were kind, respectful, clean, and professional. My home has some tight spaces, and they went above and beyond making sure everything was done right. They spent the entire day at my home and I'm very happy with their dedication. Thank you!

Maynor has been great from scheduling appt with office for free estimate & consultation by Norm, thru installation by Marc and Vinny very thorough and courteous, to office ladies scheduling town inspection. Value and professional service.

Jacob responded to our call. He was superb and we really appreciated his work. He took care of things very well, explained what he did and what he needs to do. Was thoughtful of our property and entering our house. Overall an A+++ employee. And we have always valued the work of Maynor Service Company.

I started using Maynor Service for our HVAC maintenance a couple of years ago. The the technician who has been servicing our equipment is extremely knowledgeable with our HVAC system. Maynor schedules an appointment with me to service heating side for the winter use, and they do the same before the AC needs it for the spring.

The best I can say about Maynor is that they are reliable and dependable.

Just wanted to give a shout out for the great service that Maynor provided the other day. Robert, is a super fella , polite, friendly and very knowledgeable of my Geothermal system. Happy he was able to help. Not only did he fix my Geo system, he noticed a leak in my basement that I would have never seen and brought to my attention. Thankful for his genuine concern and professionalism. Maynor will be getting all of my calls for the services they provide in the future.

NEVER, I repeat NEVER, use Maynor for heating and air. We purchased a new HVAC unit from Maynor Heating and Air (Trane - also trash and over hyped as quality). We purchased with the promotional paperwork advertising a 10-year warranty. We have had repeated problems with the unit ever since. At approximately 5 years and 3 months into the warranty, we had to replace the fan on the unit, which was just over $600, because we were informed the warranty had expired. I inquired why, since it was advertised as having a 10-year warranty.

Maynor then informed me that Trane only has a 10-year warranty if you register the paperwork when you purchase. I let Maynor know that at no time was that ever made known to me. They then blamed it on my contractor, saying that he should have filled out the paperwork. Then, two weeks later, I had another issue with the unit. Maynor sends out their technician and tells me this is a leak, and it is due to a manufacturing defect. Since they let the warranty run out, they offered to discount a $3800 bill to $3500...

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? It is your fault the warranty ran out, and you make up your own internal policy to point the finger elsewhere... then, KNOWING it is the poor-quality equipment you installed, quote me another $3500 repair. NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO WORK ON YOUR HOME.

We ve used Maynor Services since we first purchased our North Carolina home. Since then Maynor has performed yearly maintenance on our HVAC and air conditioning systems.We ve always found Maynor s technicians competent, capable ,knowledgeable and personable.They always performed quality service and always fully answered any questions we may have had. The office staff was equally personable and knowledgeable and was always accommodating in scheduling any service. Once, during a North Carolina cold snap ( it was 9 degrees) we unexpectedly lost our heat.( it was due to a builder s design flaw) We initially contacted the builder but after waiting for a never received call back we contacted Maynor.It was midday on a Friday. Maynor said they would send someone out the next morning. A Maynor technician arrived early the next day. The technician diagnosed the issue, made a temporary repair and restored heat to our home.( the interior temp hovered around 50 degrees).The technician then scheduled a Maynor engineer to come out early the next week to make a permanent repair. To say the least we were very grateful.

We ve also used Maynor s plumbing and electrical arms. They upgraded some of our plumbing and installed several ceiling fans, chandeliers, light fixtures, dimmers and outlets.This work was all done to our complete satisfaction and was reasonably priced. Needless to say we will continue to use Maynor to service our home now and in the future. We highly recommend them. Thank you guys.

I had a new HVAC unit installed by Maynor Services. I have their maintenance contract and have been impressed with their services. This time was no different. Marc and Devon were professional, friendly and hard workers.

They removed the old system and installed the new one with confidence and when an unexpected leak was discovered in my old piping, they quickly located it and fixed it.

I cannot say enough about these two men. They spent time sorting out my zone issue from my previous unit and were very pleasant to deal with.

Their pricing was excellent and everyone in the company is friendly and knowledgeable

We decided to replace our downstairs gas pack before it died. It was 13 years old. Austin and Freddy arrived on time in the morning to install the unit. Installation was completed within 4 hours and went very smoothly. They did not really need much from me other than to have access to the thermostat a few times. They were polite and kept me updated at all times. Price seemed reasonable although I did not do any comparisons. Maynor installed our upstairs unit about 5 years ago. Overall very pleased with their service and all interactions I’ve had with all employees from scheduling, to Drew who came out and gave us the quote on the new unit, to the Austin’s and Freddy who installed the unit. Highly recommend their company.

Maynor has always done great work for my business and home. Robert is a technician that lives close to Me and my heat was out the other night. He was still working late into the night and called to talk through some diagnosis issues in between stops. Guys like Him on Maynor's Team are hard to come by. That guy really cares about making sure people are happy with their service. Appreciate Him, and the team that supports Him at the office.

I’ve been a Maynor customer for years now. They’re professional and reliable. Everything went smoothly and communication was excellent. Junior, Jason, Bieri and Luidi got the furnace and HVAC unit installation done in one day. Now my home is warm again.

Maynor fixed our heating system quickly and efficiently. We brought them in for a second opinion - and Bryson the technician was phenomenal. He fully diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and provided a thorough explanation to help us understand what caused the heat to stop working. He also explained our options for maintenance and replacement. The other company we brought in did not do this. Bryson and the Maynor team are true professionals, and they were highly recommended by one of our neighbors. We recommend them as well, and if you are in the Apex/Cary area - go with Maynor! We are impressed with the quality of service they provided.

We first got in contact with Drew to set up replacing our hvac. Drew was fantastic! Personable, friendly and got the process started fast. Especially thankful for that seeing as how it is freezing outside and we have 2 small kiddos. We Met with Drew on Friday, then first thing Monday morning, Marc and Vinny came out to get the job done. They took care of our home, cleaning up after themselves. They worked fast! They were done by 2:30p. They did a wonderful job in making sure the new system was set up and working right. Marc took the time to walk me through the new thermostat (which I truly appreciate seeing as how I’m bad with technology!). He answered questions I had and gave me advice. Cannot speak higher of such a great company! Let this be your sign that this is the right company for you!! You won’t be disappointed!

I went here for training and instruction for my Special-Plumbing and Heating Electrical Contractor’s licensing test. I am very confident that I will both pass my test and retain a good working knowledge of the electrical codebook from now on. I plan on returning for more training in the future!

I have been very pleased with all of Maynor services. I first called them when 3 other companies could not repair my heating system. They repaired system no problem. They installed new HVAC and have made 2 courtesy check up to be sure everything was working properly. I have already recommended their company to several of my friends.

Maynor did a good job installing the HVAC system in our new home so I called them for a pre-winter checkup. Armando arrived on-time and did a thorough review of the system, explaining the details when he was complete. And I learned something I didn’t know about the use of the emergency heat setting.
