Saved the day more than once! About 10 days ago, we called for AC service. It was 96 in my office. Service was exceedingly fast and the problem was resolved perfectly. Time before that they fixed a water leak from the HVAC system, amazing service that time too. No nonsense, no sales pitch, just amazing knowledge and service. Highly recommended.

I converted unfinished space to a finished space on the third floor of my new home in Apex. Jody and the team were exceptional throughout the process with the preliminary install and professional follow up once we completed the project. We highly recommend Peak City Heating & Air! They were on time, knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Their team was able to assist us the same day we called, quickly identify the problem and corrected it during the same service appointment. A bonus, they were nice too!

Whenever you have a problem with your heating or are there is always that chill you get up your occipital knowing that;
A) you are probably going to have to spend a fair amount of money...
B) you hope you will have an honest technician who does not charge you big for a small problem
C) you are at their mercy regaurding appointment times, work done, parts ordered and, did I mention money?
Peak City Heating and Air removes those worries... I called and within 30 minutes I had somebody at my door. Jody was professional and polite. He figured out my problem quickly and explain it to me in a way that I would understand. He was very clean and covid-19 conscious ( he wore plastic shoe covers and a mask). He even went the extra step, much to my wife's delight, and changed out my air filters for me (she had been asking me to do it for a while). Even my 3 year old daughter who is a little shy was taken with him. Cant say enough good things about these guys... So...short and sweet...you got a HVAC problem...call Peak City.

Having a 20 year old furnace, I knew we were living on borrowed time. Well of course it decided to die on one of the coldest days of the year! I called Peak City after waking up to a house that was barely 60 degrees. Jody was here by 9:30 talking frankly about the pros and cons of fixing vs replacing. We decided to replace. He said he'd get this going ASAP, definitely within a couple days, it just depended on how fast he could get the new unit and fit us in to their schedule. By 2 p.m., he contacted me and wondered if I could meet his crew at my house to pull out the old unit in anticipation of a 9 a.m. install the next day. I went home, they showed up, pulled the unit, a third guy came with the new unit, and they had it running by 7 p.m., just in time for overnight temps in the 20s. While I know this just turned out lucky for me (same day vs. a couple days), it reflects the kind of people at this company: skilled, hard working, customer-focused, driven to get my home back to normal fast. As a customer, I could not be more satisfied, and the true pleasure is knowing they did the job right, efficiently, and for a fair price. And terrific communication, which is not common these days. Today got the invoice - exactly what I was quoted - and with it, my product registration which they completed online for me. Old school small business that treats customers right -- frankly, fairly, like a friend -- and knows their trade and backs their products is alive and well at Peak City Heating and Air in Apex. Highly, highly recommend!!

Jody recently came to fix an issue with my furnace. He was responsive, laid back and informative. My issue is something that will take time to truly know if we've found the solution but so far, it appears to be resolved.

Update: I recently contacted Jody about a duct that needed repair or replacement. He explained that the cost for replacement would be approximately $400 dollars. What's exceptional here is that rather than quickly take my money, he explained the tools necessary for the task and gave me confidence that I could perform the repair myself, which I did. Great business!

Hands down best experience we have ever had! After the attic blast moved through last week we reached out to Jody to come take a look at our HVAC unit since it wasn’t working properly and he was here the following day. He was able to replace a broken part and have our unit functioning like normal! We are extremely thankful!!!

Peak City Heating & Air is great! Our AC went out yesterday morning and we were having issues getting anyone to come out (we live in Wendell, so not very close to Apex) but once we called Jody and his team they were here and fixed the issue in no time. We have used him in the past and have family/friends who we’ve also referred and always have great service!!! Highly recommend them for any issues you may be having as well in this summer heat.

We inherited a large heating and air conditioning service company after our small provider sold to them. The new guys were all about the money and not so much the service. They would not even schedule the seasonal appointment until they were provided a credit card or other payment in advance.

Found Peak City Heating and Air from our neighborhood nextdoor recommendations.They scheduled an appointment with no hassle, arrived on time and sent an invoice when the work was done. On their first visit, the technician was able to explain why the downstairs always was either too hot or cold despite the unit seeming to run fine: compressor was dying. He showed us how the fan was not running. This is an older unit. No one from our prior service company ever mentioned any issues. They would run in run and run out. Thank you Peak City for providing real customer service, and letting your customers pay for work once it's actually done!

Jody and the team at Peak City Heating and Air are absolutely phenomenal. Our furnace gave out last Saturday in the home we rent from a national brand. Our original HVAC person diagnosed it with fixing a small part but when the management/maintenance team mentioned replacing the full furnace instead, he backed out. We were worried that this would be delayed as temps have been dropping into the low 20s, but Peak City Heating and Air answered the call and it felt like they dropped everything to make sure our home would have heat. They had their guys in that afternoon to assess the problem and had the furnace the following day. They installed literally a couple of hours ago and now we are just waiting for the home to slowly warm back up! They over delivered and we couldn't be happier! Peak City's customer service is the best and we felt taken care of and cared for!

I want to thank the fine folks at Peak City Heating & Air! My ac went out on the hottest day of the year and they were able to get onsite, diagnose, and fix my issue in less than 30 minutes! I love to support a great Apex company! Everyone in the area should be using this company!!!

The upstairs thermostat died in the night. Called Peak City the next morning and left a message. They quickly responded, dispatching two service technicians by early afternoon who restored the cooling. They explained the problem and the fix. Drainage clog had tripped the shutoff. The men were skilled, courteous and respectful of our home (took off their shoes when entering). Emailed the bill within 24 hours, easily payable online. Old school service!💛

Amazing! My upstairs air conditioning unit stopped working during a heat wave, and even though Jody was on vacation, he responded to my voicemail immediately. He had a technician out the very next day. Not to mention, he even accommodated my availability. Tyler, one of the team members, was right on time with a smile. He was very polite, conscientious, and very respectful. He didn't even ask if he should remove his shoes before entering...he just did. He was very efficient and had the unit up and running in no time! The most impressive thing Tyler did when saying goodbye was to thank me for the opportunity to get the unit up and running before I could thank him! That is a rare quality these days.
